We had a leak in the pipes in our slab. After determining this was the 3rd slab leak in the house's history we decided on a complete re-pipe.

Why did we choose Soo Hipp? Eddie came out for the initial call and was very professional. He identified that we had high water pressure from the city as one of a few problems in addition to the leak. He further stated the job would be done in one day. Probably by 4pm; 5pm at the latest. Water was back on at 2pm! The team showed up early and finished early. They covered everything in plastic and did a great job cleaning up.

I got estimates from 3 other companies. All were cheaper but they did not repair work after the job - we were responsible for all patching. Soo Hipp takes care of the patching and city permits and inspection.

Excellent service! My kitchen drain was slow. Eddie expertly unclogged it and applied lining to my deteriorating cast iron pipe. Soo Hipp was great at communicating arrival times, options, and costs. They checked out my other pipes and let me know what services were unnecessary, saving me worry and money. Eddie is the man!!! He was the most professional plumber that came out to initially quote us on the Tankless Water Heater that we needed installed and was also very fairly priced for the type of job we needed.

He did the work very quickly and was extremely professional and the work was very high quality. He even went out of his way to fix a few things that originally was not a apart of the job.

We have used Eddie a couple times since and as long as I live in the South Bay, I will not use another plumber.

Some friends recommended the Drain Guys when our water heater started leaking and we needed to replace it. Eddie gave us not only the best price but quick, honest, and professional service. We are very happy with our new tankless water heater and the fantastic service we got from Eddie and his crew. Highly recommended! We liked them so much that we had them do the large job of removing all the cast iron pipes under the house and replacing it with plastic. Again, their price was less than half of what others wanted. Friday evening I had received calls from two of my lower condo neighbors that water was leaking into their units. I couldn't detect any water leaking into my home, but I called The Drain Guys because they were listed in Google as providing emergency service in the evenings and weekends. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Eddie was great. He was punctual, thorough in his investigation of 4 condo homes and explained what was happening thoroughly and concisely. The other home owners also thought he did an excellent job. I really appreciated his patience and efficiency. I highly recommend The Drain Guys.

Dishonest and ripped off business. I was charged $200 for the technician to snake my pipe. He tried for 5 minutes and said it couldn't be done so he charged me $100 for his time and labor. He recommended that I get the pipes replaced for almost $1,000. My dad was then able to snake the pipe when he supposedly has less experience and definitely inferior equipment. The technician clearly was just trying to rip me off by getting me to replace the pipe. I called asking for a refund but they never called me back.
