We were very pleased with the service provided by The Drain Guys. Our main line was plugged and it backed into our crawl space. Drain guy cleared the drain, recommended a cleaning company and followed up with a camera view of the drain line. Very efficient and reasonably priced.

I had the dreaded Sunday emergency today. I called several places and got a call back from these clowns. Super nice gal said someone would come here between 1-130. Great! Phew! only 39$surcharge for Sunday. This is when the voice in my head screamed ""too good to be true""
Long story short...Aholes never called, never showed up and when I called them at 230, They said ""we have one technician and he is running late"" They assured me he was coming here ""next"" oh and my favorite ""don't worry""

no call no show, on a sunday. I could have kept calling people. There are many companies who will charge me for a Sunday visit and I was happy to pay extra.
Meanwhile, I need a shower and am peeing in a bag. You stink and so does my ONLY bathroom.

I called the Drain Guys to fix a stoppage in my sink and replace my garbage disposal. It took a little while since the cog was pretty severe. The fix was more complicated than usual. The workman was able to clear the cog and successfully install the new garbage disposal. After the workman left there was a misunderstanding which the owner of the Drain Guys personality called me to resolve. It's nice to be able to a small business that is proactive in working with its customers.

New to the whole yelp review world, but these guys definitely deserve my next review.

Our kitchen sink was clogged, and after making a couple calls to different plumbers, my husband and I decided to go with the drain guys. My husband called them around noon, and they were able to schedule us that same day between 6pm and 7pm.

Sam (plumber) was at our door exactly at 6pm; this is a plus, specially being used to guys that say they will be there at a certain time, and show up an hour or two later. He was very courteous and professional and was in and out within half an hour. During this time, he made sure the water was running fine, explained what he had done, and answered any questions I had. The other thing I really noticed, was that what ever little messed he made, he made sure to clean up when he was done with the job... its the little things, you know :).

Overall, great service, reasonable price, and I would't hesitate to call them back for any future plumbing jobs.

After getting an ridiculously over priced quote from Rescue Rooter, I called Drain Guys to give me a ball park price over the phone, based on the diagnosis given by Rescue Rooters. Rate was at the fare rate, which was 1/3 of Rescue Rooters. Sam from Drain Guys came out but left behind a needed part, and offered me a little price break and returned next day early and fixed our plumbing issues. Sam and crew were professional and courteous.

Thanks for the fast response on such short notice.
As new homeowners we were upset we had to replace all galvanized plumbing so quickly (6 months) but Sam came out and helped us understand how important it was to change to something new.
He gave us 2 options; Copper and Pex. We chose Pex and so far so good!
We received Polite, professional service and we appreciated that he took the time to assess the entire issue.
All in all the entire team did a fantastic job getting us water back in JUST ONE DAY!

Very professional, fast and courteous. Had a small leak, that turned into a big one, under the house. Called on a Sunday, and scheduled for someone to come out Monday at the first available opening. Received a call to let us know that he was on his way, and not even 15 min after, he was here. Fixed the problem in about an hour, and the charges for the repair were very reasonable. I will definitely be using the Drain Guys in the future, and recommending them to my friends, and family.

OVERALL :

So our water heater decided to die at 830pm on a Sunday (ugh). We checked Yelp for local plumbers and called for quotes. The Drain Guys were about $200 less than their competitors and the person we spoke with on the phone was very helpful and courteous. We were able to get a new water heater installed (along with a new pipe connection - double ugh!) the next morning.

We were very impressed with the customer service and knowledgeable staff. The plumber (Danny) arrived on time, was super friendly and worked quick and efficiently. We paid via CC and was mailed a receipt a couple days after. Most importantly, we don't feel as if we got ripped off (which is usually the case with emergency repairs such as this).

Great service all around! We will definitely use The Drain Guys next time (though we hope it won't be for a long, long while!).

Good company in long beach area. I have been calling them to fix my hotel building issues twice already in different occasion and I'm very satisfied with their work.
