The visionary possessed the initial vision behind our business. Originally, he comes from Canton, but DeVon lived in Lancaster, during his time there he launched a heating and plumbing business. During 1995, he started a new company in Canton named ""Groff's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc."" He brought on a pair of associates to join him: a skilled technician from Lancaster, and an experienced salesman from Canton. Laverne was the lead technician for the company until Laverne's sudden death in 2007 from a tragic heart attack. Seven years later, DeVon decided to concentrate entirely on the Lancaster firm and sold his stake in the Canton operation to his partner, Jason Denlinger. The company was called ""Solaire Home Comfort"" and operates in tight partnership with ""Solaire Energy"", an energy efficiency company managed by Pamela Denlinger. The company merges a rich plus successful legacy in the region with a new plus progressive method to the business.
Jason continues to be with the business from the inception, in 1995. He began as a sales representative. Over the years, Jason has since transitioned to the exclusive operator. Jason remains consistently ready to assist our clients by offering them advice, a quote, or in any further manner he is able to.
