DeVon Groff held the original concept of the enterprise. At first, he comes from Canton, yet he made his home in Lancaster, in which he established a heating and plumbing company. In 1995, DeVon founded a new business in Canton called ""Groff's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc."" He brought on a couple of partners to partner with him: Laverne Hess from Lancaster, and a former pastor from Canton. He served as the lead technician for the business until his sudden passing in 2007 due to a devastating heart attack. In 2014, DeVon decided to focus solely on the Lancaster firm and transferred his stake in the Canton operation to his partner, Jason Denlinger. The company was called ""Solaire Home Comfort"" and functions in tight alliance with ""Solaire Energy"", a renewable energy firm operated by his spouse. The company blends a deep with proven track record in the community with a modern plus progressive strategy to the business.
Jason remains with our business ever since the beginning, in 1995. Jason started as a sales representative. Over the years, Jason has transitioned to the sole operator. Jason remains always available to support our clients by providing them assistance, a price estimate, or in any further manner he is capable of.
