One night I was looking on Yelp to find a hydrojet provider and saw SoCal Rooter & HydroJet had great reviews. I was gonna call them the next day but you know what?? They were servicing my neighbors house already so I walked up and asked Rich if he could work on my house soon. Rich asked if I lived in the area and I told him I live a couple doors down the street. We made an appointment which had to be rescheduled because the jetter was being serviced but, it was all good because I work from home anyway. They just finished hydrojetting and all is well and good!

We had very bad root problems that affected many sections of our main sewer line. Andy, Richard and his team was great as they were very thorough in explaining what needs to be done and was able to replace the entire sewer line with minimal disruption to the land. Highly recommended!

It's not every day that we meet honest people, especially in the plumbing business. For that, I genuinely appreciate and am very grateful for the advice and directions they gave us on our drainage issues in the backyard.

So, we moved into this house a few months ago, and with the recent rains, we realized that the house has drainage issues. We need to put more gutters, and that is obviously $$$. Instead of selling his service, he recommended that we first consult a landscaper, and they will be happy to work with a landscaper to map out the location of new drainage lines. His words are - "" we don't want you guys to lose money to find out later the new drains are not where they should be.""

We didn't use their service today, but they were at our house for almost 2 hours. They didn't charge the service fee, and we truly felt they were on our side trying to figure out the best solution for us!

Please call them for your plumbing issues. They will at least brainstorm with you to find the best solution. I have their number saved for our next business needs!

My kitchen sink was plugged and I used my snake but was unable to get it unclogged. I called on Thursday afternoon and they arrived early Friday morning and got everything working better than ever. They were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and reasonable. What more can you ask? Well.....They gave me some maintenance hints so I wouldn't have to call them again! Giving out advise that may result in less future drain cleaning business may seem counterproductive, but guess who I'm going to call when my disposal or water heater need repair/replacement? I will be trusting SoCal Rooter with my future business, so I guess honesty and authenticity are still alive and well.

Our tub was clogged and this company came hours after my initial call. They did an excellent job. They were very prompt, professional and kind. They unclogged the tub and gave me tips on how to maintain it. I highly recommend this company.
