It was great working with Andy and Richard on a Saturday. I had my sink drain unclogged by drain snake at first and had to make consultation with other plumbing issues that needs attention. I ended up having to replaced the water pressure regulator which is showing signs of wear and do the hydrojet they recommended to clear the pipe of debris effectively and prevent clogging occurrence.

Using Yelp to get quotes, I usually go for companies that would give an estimate thru communications without having to come and make an assessment. SoCal Rooter earned my project and trust. Their pricing is very reasonable and I would use them again and recommend to family and friends.

We had a strange whooshing sound coming up from our sink, tub, and shower drains in one of our bathrooms when someone flushed the hall toilet. Thought it might be a partial blockage, even though we didn't have any backup issues. When the Scott McLeod plumber came out, he listened to the noise. He shrugged, said it might be a soft blockage, and said they could do a snake for $495 (no warranty), or hydrojet with camera for $795 and 90 day warranty. I decided to pass and check around a bit. I'm glad I did. I asked for quotes through Yelp, and found SoCal Rooter & Hydrojet. The owner, Andy, said he would do the same service for $300. When he showed up, he listened to it, asked me about backups, and then if we used the garden tub recently. After I told him no to both questions, he quickly concluded it could be the drain trap on the tub, that it dried out, making the sewer noise come up the drain. We ran a bit of water down the tub drain, and the sound was gone. Even more impressive, he refused to take any money for the visit. Now that's experience, integrity, and the kind of service you rarely find nowadays. I highly recommend SoCal Rooter & Hydrojet!

A HUGE shout out to Richard for an awesome job with our clogged pipe. He was very thorough in his explanations with every step in the process. He gave us a visual of the clogged pipe and options to maintain/prevent future issues. He took the time to answer all my crazy questions. This was a stressful issue as our tubs and toilets were backing up, but Richard eased our stress in every way. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of any plumbing issues. 5 stars is an under statement. Richard, you deserve 50 stars! Andy, kudos to you on having such a great staff who demonstrated a stellar work ethic, professionalism, mannerism from start to finish. Give the man a raise!

Andy did a great job servicing my home and business. Came out next day to replace my kitchen plumbing as well as hydro my main line to clear years of gunk. Man was that gross! Thanks for your responsive work and good work ethic.

I would rate SoCal Rooter & Hydrojet above 5 stars, if possible.

Our sewer backed up on a Saturday. I searched Yelp for plumbers that could come out on a weekend. I found one and explained our issue, which had happened before. I believed we would need a hydrojet that could cut through tree roots to resolve this issue. A roto-rooter would not cut it. Two plumbers showed up without a hydrojet. They wanted over $1000 to try to clear it out. I asked how long it would take and they said under 30 minutes. That was insane.

I contacted SoCal Rooter & Hydrojet and Andy got back to me right away. He was booked for Saturday, but said he could come by at 8AM Sunday morning. He showed up with the right equipment and worked for 1.5 hours. He explained to me where the issues were, which is the same areas we've had trouble in the past with tree roots. We have had several other plumbers tell us we should line our main line to fix this issue. Andy explained that most of our main line was already lined. The issue was actually where our cleanout attaches to the main line. It's become detached, so we just need to replace that small section. This will be thousands of dollars less than any other estimate we've ever gotten.

To sum everything up. If you're looking for an honest plumber that does quality work for a reasonable price, call SoCal Rooter & Hydrojet.

There was a wet patch in my front yard. I got in touch with several companies for this issue. I chose SoCal Rooter because their technician, Richard, was very thorough explaining what was wrong and how he suggested to fix it. The price was significantly below the other quotes, too. The job was done in a day. Quote and invoice via email, so no paperwork to lose. Next time I have a plumbing issue; I won't need to shop around for quotes. I'm calling SoCal Rooter.

So glad I came across SoCal Rooter on Google. We experienced a plumbing emergency around 9pm one night and they were open for business. I read some reviews, liked what I saw and decided to give them a call! Richard promptly answered the line and had such a courteous and professional attitude! Not only did it help put my stress at ease, he was able to assure me he could come first thing in the morning after we discussed the issue and I decided to wait overnight. He arrived early just as promised with a bright and friendly smile! I don't know how he had that much energy prior to 7am but he was professional and ready to work! After some investigation of our plumbing issues he was able to let us know what he suspected, suggested and thoroughly explained each and every step of what needed to be done. Our problem ended up being a big job that was in need of great attention and detail. SoCal Rooter is equipped with a full, knowledgeable team and have all the professional equipment to get any job done! Our work included some deep digging and pipe replacement due to some nasty roots that invaded our plumbing system! They kept their workspaces clean through the entire time and were very efficient with their replacement of our dirt and grass and cleanliness was immaculate during & after the job was done! We will forever call SoCal Rooter and refer them to anyone in need of their services, you will not be disappointed!! These guys are the real deal! Thanks again for EVERYTHING!!!!!!!

I called Andy out because my drains weren't going down. He was very responsive and well detailed. He showed up on time to the appointment. Fortunately I had a clean out in my front yard which he explained why it was good to have, he ran his snake and pulled out some roots unfortunately! But he was prepared for the job he had his HydroJetter and got them out in no time. My drains are working perfect actually better then before! Thank you for the service
