Despite being fully booked for the day, due to the emergent nature of our home, Andy came to our home to assess the situation and get our plumbing needs fixed in a matter of 2-3 hours!!! He was so efficient, fast, and knowledgeable in his job. Also, his prices are more than reasonable. We had the same service through a different company last year and we were charged nearly double what Andy charged us!.

Andy was very responsive to my needs. Despite having no clear blockage underneath my sink, my kitchen sink was still clogged. Andy educated me about hydrojetting the drain pipe and consulted me before I hired him for this task. As a result, he cleared up my blockage after hydrojetting and showed me a video view within the pipe when we examined it after. Andy's prices were very reasonable and his work was meticulous. I would recommend him for any plumbing services.

It was great working with Andy and Richard on a Saturday. I had my sink drain unclogged by drain snake at first and had to make consultation with other plumbing issues that needs attention. I ended up having to replaced the water pressure regulator which is showing signs of wear and do the hydrojet they recommended to clear the pipe of debris effectively and prevent clogging occurrence.

Using Yelp to get quotes, I usually go for companies that would give an estimate thru communications without having to come and make an assessment. SoCal Rooter earned my project and trust. Their pricing is very reasonable and I would use them again and recommend to family and friends.

I highly recommend SoCal Rooter & Hydrojet!! Andy saved us hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs.

We had a strange whooshing sound coming up from our sink, tub, and shower drains in one of our bathrooms when someone flushed the hall toilet. Thought it might be a partial blockage, even though we didn't have any backup issues. When the Scott McLeod plumber came out, he listened to the noise. He shrugged, said it might be a soft blockage, and said they could do a snake for $495 (no warranty), or hydrojet with camera for $795 and 90 day warranty. I decided to pass and check around a bit. I'm glad I did. I asked for quotes through Yelp, and found SoCal Rooter & Hydrojet. The owner, Andy, said he would do the same service for $300. When he showed up, he listened to it, asked me about backups, and then if we used the garden tub recently. After I told him no to both questions, he quickly concluded it could be the drain trap on the tub, that it dried out, making the sewer noise come up the drain. We ran a bit of water down the tub drain, and the sound was gone. Even more impressive, he refused to take any money for the visit. Now that's experience, integrity, and the kind of service you rarely find nowadays. I highly recommend SoCal Rooter & Hydrojet!

A HUGE shout out to Richard for an awesome job with our clogged pipe. He was very thorough in his explanations with every step in the process. He gave us a visual of the clogged pipe and options to maintain/prevent future issues. He took the time to answer all my crazy questions. This was a stressful issue as our tubs and toilets were backing up, but Richard eased our stress in every way. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of any plumbing issues. 5 stars is an under statement. Richard, you deserve 50 stars!
