I am a renter. I turned on my bathroom sink faucet one morning and the hot water wouldn't shut off. My landlord sent Gary over to fix it and he came 20 minutes EARLIER than expected (wonderful!--I had a regular water feature going on and time was of the essence)... and when he said he needed to replace the faucet... and I wanted a particular kind, he went out and GOT IT. Like I said, I am a RENTER. We don't get choices like that! Kind, polite, considerate, professional, speedy, efficient... there are not enough positive adjectives to describe my experience with Socal Plumbing and Rooter. THANK YOU!

So glad we found Gary and John. They showed up on time and helped fix our leak. You could tell Gary was sincere when giving his recommendation on what to do. I've hired them twice and I'll hire them every single time from now on. They go seemingly out of their way to help out. The second time I hired them, I called fairly late in the evening and they still arrived that same night to take a look at the problem. I assumed I would have to wait at least a day or maybe several days but they came practically right away. They've helped me to learn more about my plumbing and how to maintain it and they are quick and courteous. You absolutely cannot go wrong and I cannot recommend them enough!

I had a water pipe leak, and the water for all of my tenants had to be shut off. I wasn't sure if anyone would be able to fix it the same day since this occurred in the evening, but John was able to meet me within an hour. He diagnosed and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. He worked quickly and was professional, and I didn't feel like he was trying to take advantage of this emergency situation. I would definitely use this company again.

We could not have been happier with the work of Gary two weeks ago -- on a Sunday, no less-- with our broken kitchen faucet and valves. His work was outstanding, and for a great rate he even snaked out one of our mostly clogged bathroom sinks. We loved his work so much, we called again for help with a broken shower diverter from the tub to the shower. John and Simon came out almost immediately today, and repaired it in minutes!!! (So much for my DIY efforts watching YouTube videos...)
