We have been using Socal plumbing for several years and have never been disappointed. Gary comes out to service our main line 2-3 times a year and has replaced part of the main in the most problematic area (root overgrowth.) He is honest, friendly, and reasonably priced. I have to add that he even came out on thanksgiving day one year because we couldn't use our sinks/toilets and had guests visiting. He turned our nightmare situation around and saved our thanksgiving! I will never use anyone else again and regret not giving a review years ago.

We just had their service yesterday and today. It was excellent. Our bathroom was clogged. They used 100 feet snake, snake with camera, dug up the pipe and finally fixed it. They are very professional and clean. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to update since I wrote this original review. Socal Plumbing (Gary) has been to my property 11 times I believe, and I am always more than pleased with the work. He installed an entire new tankless water heater AND gas lines under my home, he sleeved my 80' 1949 clay sewer line going down my hill to the street, he fixed a main line burst in my yard, he unclogged a sink twice, and installed new drainage pipes under it, he installed a water pressure gauge, he installed a new garbage disposal... I will never call another plumber in NELA...

I am a renter. I turned on my bathroom sink faucet one morning and the hot water wouldn't shut off. My landlord sent Gary over to fix it and he came 20 minutes EARLIER than expected (wonderful!--I had a regular water feature going on and time was of the essence)... and when he said he needed to replace the faucet... and I wanted a particular kind, he went out and GOT IT. Like I said, I am a RENTER. We don't get choices like that! Kind, polite, considerate, professional, speedy, efficient... there are not enough positive adjectives to describe my experience with Socal Plumbing and Rooter. THANK YOU!

So glad we found Gary and John. They showed up on time and helped fix our leak. You could tell Gary was sincere when giving his recommendation on what to do. He took the time to explain everything before they started the work, so we knew exactly what to expect. He never seemed rushed.
