Heater went out on of course one of our colder days. Called SoCal to come and take a look and not only did they address the issue with recommendations they also informed me of other safety issues and problems that were not installed correctly from the company who installed the system originally(years ago). Thankful for this company who let us know about all of these items. Calling them again when needed! Let there be heat!

Always on time and extremely friendly and knowledgeable technicians. They installed a new A/C and heating unit for us. We had some issues with the heating unit, but they came out to fix them at no cost to us. They also remind us when maintenance is due to ensure everything remains in good working condition.

I do NOT recommend so cal plumbing heating & air. I had a terrible experience with repair and customer service!! Last month I had them come out to repair our air conditioner unit for our home and received quotes to repair. I chose to repair the condenser including refilling the R-22 freon. Total cost was about $2300. The repair took a few hours but the technician was there for at least five more hours because he couldn't figure out why the air coming out was not cold enough. There were no leaks and technician couldn't figure out problem. At the end of the day he somehow got the air a little colder but the technician was not satisfied and gave me his phone # to call him back to remedy the situation. About a week later we called and had him return and he noticed now there is a leak. He spent a few more hours trying to figure it out and mentioned he'll come back the next day. He did not return and I called manager Dustin many times and received a call a week later. Manager Dustin was inconsiderate of the situation and blamed technician for not doing the job the right way and for the tech giving me his direct phone #. Dustin the Manager was suppose to contact me again but never did and I had to call many times to get a hold of him and discuss the situation again. There was no apology and manager still inconsiderate. They mentioned I need to do more repairs and I decided not to work with a company that doesn't care about their clients or showing any care discussing the matter. I lost $2300 to this company!

Had a sewer blockage. Was told it was handled. Charge $95 for what was sold as a less expensive service and then it turned out I had to call another company to come out because they in fact did not clear the blockage but instead, just pushed it down the line were it gave the apperance of being cleared. Btw, I had a camera ran down to discover the fraud so it not me making this up.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Hired this company to do a general tune up on our AC, turned out we needed a new condensate pump, piping and a safety switch. Paid $1000 (way over priced I found out a year later) when I was getting the work quoted by technician Matt, he was very dismissive and acted like we were stupid and even got an attitude when I had questions about the job and told me he could walk away from the job and he could careless. Needless to say the work they did was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! As you can see from the pictures he ran the tubing with rubber hose and kinked. The safety switch and condensate pump was NOT EVEN WIRED. Ended up having to replace the entire system a year later and found out they left wires hanging not even connected and could have caused thousands of dollars in damage. DO
NOT HIRE THEM !!!

I figured "" Allison T"" would respond with some argumentative response. So I posted the invoice as proof of their prices. If you check every negative review they have you will see ""Allison T"" responds with something aggressive and argumentative. I would be fine with an apology for the SHOTTY WORK and admitting fault.

Just had my a/c replaced by SoCal and Orlando did a really great job! He was very accommodating and so pleasant to work with. My old unit was a bit complicated but he went above and beyond to finish the job. Would highly recommend!
