I called SoCal because of all the great Yelp reviews, but after 10 days and multiple calls to them for a quote, completely disappointed. Their technicians came out in a timely manner, very nice, answered our questions and we were hoping to continue with their service. They said they would provide us two quotes based on two options. I called their office at least 4 times over the past 10 days and unable to get a clear answer or recommendation from them. They mentioned a couple of people out but still - then asked just tell us if they weren't interested. Unfortunate.

Yeah - update.
After your tech called me today and finally received clarity. Your front office then called and asked if everything was ok. I said yes and again, was polite and understood things get miscommunicated. Then you asked for me to take my review down, I said I was in the car and would update later this evening. Then I read your response. Seriously? Totally duplicitous and inaccurate summation of events.
Suffice to say, taking my business elsewhere. Appreciate your techs, but seriously? Thank you for your response and time.

Our heater was red tagged and So Cal Plumbing and Heating worked with us efficiently and professionally to get it replaced. They came to set appointments when they said they would and texted before. Their office is exceptionally well organized and helpful. The work was done quickly and on time. And they cleaned up!! I would never have known they were here after they left.

Although I hope to not have to replace the furnace for many years to come - I will call upon So Cal Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning for any issues I have.

I called around noon because my floor in my closet was wet. Wasn't sure where the water was coming from since it was on the third floor. At first they told me that they couldn't get someone out till the next day. But then the operator told me to hold and told me they could send someone out that evening. Awesome.

I was texted that the plumber was in route exactly as I was promised. Ruben was the plumber that came to our house. He examined everything and we needed to take everything apart, floor and wall to find the problem. It took awhile but Ruben found the leak and stayed until it was fixed.

What a relief. Another day and my house would have been been totally damaged by all the water. Just my closet had water damage. Thank you Ruben and So Cal Plumbing for saving the day.

These guys are so good! Aman and Kevin worked really hard to get my heater right. They came out many times and even after I had paid still came back to make sure it was right. Aman stayed really late and Kevin worked so hard and very respectful to make sure everything was working.
