It all started with a phone call to me. The offer was for a service/inspection of a gas heater that I had installed a couple of years ago to replace one that was over 20 years old. I said OK and an appointment was made.

The person showed up when promised and did the inspection. Then he told me that I needed to replace the ducting in the attic as it had collapsed and was coming apart. I thought oh oh here it comes. I asked for a price and then felt like I was a fish on the hook. I had my doubts but then he showed me the ducting and pipes and I could tell he was telling me the truth. We set an appointment for the following week. During the week I started to have my doubts again but decided to see how it went.

The day of the work came and two workers and the origional person showed up on time. They covered my carpets with drop cloths and plastic and then brought in their tools and parts. They went straight to work and continued until they were done. No ""extra"" conversation, no @$$#@!3, just work. They were done and cleaned up earlier than I expected and when we started the furnace the difference was immediate. You could feel more air coming from the vents and before they closed the attic I looked at their work. Obvious these people know what they are doing.

Before they left I asked for a couple of cards so I could give them to my neighbors as I know they will need this service before too long.

Yelp once again comes to the rescue. We needed (way overdue) maintenance on our 2 mini split ac units. Demario was on time, friendly, professional and efficient. He also inspected our furnace. He gave me lots of tips on how often to clean/change filters. They were pretty disgusting. Highly recommend and will be having them come out on a yearly basis as recommended.

Had a small mishap with my AC (don't try and do a professionals job). Called these guys and they were extremely professional over the phone and in person, which unfortunately you don't see often in a lot of service based businesses. Their tech came out to our residence, fixed the problem I caused and got our system running like a champ! I use AC all year and was dreading summer! Called So Cal Plumbing for my wall heater. From the call to the service they were prompt courteous and very professional. Demario came out in the time frame stated and replaced the thermostat and thermocouple. He was very detailed in his work and left everything up and running. I was very pleased with his service and I'd definitely use them again.

GREAT SERVICE! Another company I got a quote from tried to scam me and tell me that my motor was broken in my heater, but luckily I called them and got the BEST SERVICE EVER! They came out and fixed it in less than an hour! Very affordable as well! I was shocked at how low the bill was! VERY PLEASED

I called them when I had some issues with my AC. The technicians they sent, Syrus and another guy, spotted the issues right away. When they came my house to fix them, they were efficient and professional, and seemed to be knowledgeable enough. They explained what the problems were so that I could make informed decision. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that it seems their office told the technicians a wrong appointment day and asked me if I could change my schedule, which I could not. I really don't think it was professional to ask to change the appointment day just one day before it. But again, the work the technicians did was great and I would recommend this company if you have AC issues.

Cyrus and Demario just finished a fantastic job replacing our capacitator and installing a safety switch. Add hearing the sweet sound of a now working air conditioner blowing cool air through your vents to one of earth's greatest sentiments.

They arrived earlier than the allotted two hour window (already on an excellent track before they even walked in), were totally okay with using shoe covers, and really went the extra mile working quickly and checking additional things like vents (and even taking care of my dryer lint!). I felt a little slow in understanding what was going on at first, but between the two of them, I totally got it before they started servicing the AC unit and I didn't feel like an idiot.

I don't know how the pricing compares to other companies but Cyrus just saved me a super bundle by telling me my ducts were clean, and I didn't need this (what I now know is a) super expensive company cleaning the furnace etc etc and putting in an ""air scrubber"".

I have an alarm set in my calendar to now keep up what should have been annual servicing. I'll definitely ask for Cyrus and Demario again!

I called on Saturday afternoon needing service on my air conditioner and they booked an appointment with me first thing Monday morning. Cyrus and his crew member quickly diagnosed the issue and suggested a plan for how to proceed. They finished the job quickly and couldn't have been more informative and professional. First things first, Allison the receptionist was super kind and extremely helpful, she answered all my questions without any hesitation. I was able to set up an appointment the next day, the technicians were super professional and helpful, I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience with the company!
