That's guys are great. They were willing to chat with me on the phone to get a sense of the problem (leaky valve going into the house). They were fast in the repair and were super reasonable with the cost. The wait time to get them out to my house was a few days but that seems pretty standard in these Covid times - especially for quality (and trustworthy) service. Mike and his team are fantastic. Just had them out to swap out my old galvanized pipes to copper and to replace my water heater. They did a great job and made things super easy for me.

I also got quotes from some of the big plumbing companies in town, and they quoted me quite literally 6X more than Mike. They also insisted that to re-pipe, I'd need to bust through a bunch of walls and essentially reno my bathroom (re-tile the shower, etc.). Mike got the job done with no damage to my home.

I had weird smell coming out of my air vent and was afraid it might be a sewer leak. In the past, many service providers would take a look at my crawl space and said it's blocked and stops there. Richard came on time and dived right in. He inspected the space carefully and patiently explained the problem (air duct leak and moisture/mold). He was professional and personable. I believe he fixed my faucet a few years ago, too. Just very happy with snappy rooter.

I highly recommend these guys. I needed my kitchen sink unclogged. His quote was lower than the other companies I had called and he got me on their schedule right away. I called Mike at Snappy Rooter at a friend's recommendation. I had a stupid little problem, but hours of efforts and YouTube videos had gotten me nowhere. A little Pyrex dish got lodged in my sink drain mouth, and it wouldn't budge for love, money, WD-40, duct tape, or any of my other efforts. Unlike other plumbers I had called, Mike didn't want to have to charge me a service call for this, so he talked me through getting it out by tapping a tiny paring knife down between glass and sink with the handle of a screwdriver (with a rag covering it in case of flying shards). It slightly cracked the bowl, but I was able to get it out in one piece in seconds. No broken glass in my dispoaal. No charge. He could have come out like the others offered and charged me a bundle, but instead he helped me do it myself and save me a lot of money. When I have a problem that needs a real professional plumber, you know I'm calling the guy who just proved his integrity to me in spades. Thanks again, Mike!

We had them replace our horizontal pipes under our house and a few risers in two places. Mike and his team noticed a few other areas that needed to be tended to that were outside the list of things to complete for us and he ended up doing them for free. What more can you ask for?
