These guys are awesome!!! Richard did a fantastic job replacing the wax ring on a leaky toilet for me this morning. He was prompt polite and had the job done in a timely manner. Long story short I had two other plumbing company's out for the leaky toilet both of which quoted me triple what snappy rooter charged and insisted I have extra work done that was unnecessary. One plumber even insisted I replace the entire toilet. These guys are legit!

Fabulous!! I can't say enough about Mike, Richard and Eric. Mike diagnosed the problem pretty quickly on the phone and Richard and Eric arrived at my house 40 minutes after we hung up. Another plumber wouldn't even try to snake the drain from the access point in the basement but these guys did no problem through the basement window and they made sure the snake didn't hit the house the entire time as it was very close to the window casing. They did what we all want and that is they got the drain working in the short term, used the camera to figure out what was going on in the drain and then gave us some options to fix the problem in the near future. The quote they gave me for installing a clean out was way less than that other plumber, too! They were friendly, timely, persistent in figuring out what was going on and they put everything back the way they found it without me around. Beyond that, their prices are very reasonable and I'm so happy to have finally found a plumber that I trust. Highly recommend them. Don't call anyone else.

I called Snappy Rooter at 9am when we found out there was a clog in our sewer drain, and they came out within 3 hours and fixed the problem in 15 minutes! It was $100. The technicians were super nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. Would definitely recommend them!
