Our sewer line from the house to the street was badly damaged by tree roots. Roto-Rooter came out and quoted us $10k to replace and said it could take several days. (Full review of that experience on their Yelp). We got Mike's number and he came out, took a look, and quoted us $3k with a single day timeline. We scheduled an appointment two weeks out and they asked us to call if we had any issues in the meantime.

Mike and his team got it done in less than 5 hours and for the originally quoted price. We saw the completed work with the trench open and it is beautiful. He installed new utility covers flush with the lawn (the old ones were too high for the mower) and the finished worksite practically looks like they were never there.

Every person we interacted with was jovial and honestly funny. I will never call another plumber and will happily recommend Snappy Rooter at every opportunity.

Mike replaced my water heater not too long ago and it's been working great. I bought a similar unit I thought was exactly the same, but it turned out there were a few differences, but Mike was able to replace everything still. I think it was 5 or 7 hundred total, honestly a bargain compared to any of the chain places I spoke with.

Called them around 12:45 this afternoon to replace a section of corroded pipe underneath our home. Not only were they available today, they showed up at 2 o'clock!

The work, which we'd been putting off since December, was completed in less than 30 minutes. No more leaky pipe!

My wife and I are going to exclusively use them for our plumbing needs moving forward- knowledgeable, kind, and responsive.

I need to have a hot water heater replaced and it is partially covered by a home warranty, but still going to cost over a grand out of pocket so I was looking for options. Mike and his team have always been the best option in town when I've needed a plumber in the past so I reached out to him first. He was amazing and upfront about the fact that it might end up costing at least the same out of pocket. Even tho he's not doing this job, he 100% solidified in my mind his amazing customer service and I will absolutely be calling him the next time I need a plumber.

That's guys are great. They were willing to chat with me on the phone to get a sense of the problem (leaky valve going into the house). They were fast in the repair and were super reasonable with the cost. The wait time to get them out to my house was a few days but that seems pretty standard in these Covid times - especially for quality (and trustworthy) service. These guys are busy because they are good. I'm happy to support their business and they are my first choice going forward for plumbing repairs.

Mike and his team are fantastic. Just had them out to swap out my old galvanized pipes to copper and to replace my water heater. They did a great job and made things super easy for me.

I also got quotes from some of the big plumbing companies in town, and they quoted me quite literally 6X more than Mike. They also insisted that to re-pipe, I'd need to bust through a bunch of walls and essentially reno my bathroom (re-tile the shower, etc.). Mike got the job done with no damage to my home.

Having them back in a few weeks to replace my sewer line. Thank you Mike!!
