I called the day I heard my toilet making a screeching sound, and explained I could only be there after 5 since my job is M-F 8-5. Most services in Fresno don't even work at these times but Angel scheduled for the very next day between 5-6. Again, judging by other services in Fresno, I expected him to show up around 6:30 but right when the clock struck 5 I heard the doorbell. Awesome. Angel was friendly and fair and fixed the problem. Called this place to see why my shower wouldn't drain well they came and said its because a pipe broke and it's a big job for them they have to take down my shower and floor so they recommend to call someone else that would do it they said call Gary's Plumbing. I did he came and it was not a broken pipe it was hair and it took him 20 minutes. Next time I'm calling Gary. They got me all worried I was going to pay for a big job but Gary told me not to worry sometimes it's nothing they just didn't do it right and he was right it was nothing big.

Woke up one morning to find out that the city had shut off my water. Turns out the main line in my front yard was leaking. I called Angel from Snake N' Laterals and he came out to my house that morning to assess the situation. He already had a few jobs scheduled for the day, but he still made the time to come back and fix my issue. Unfortunately, there was a crack in the line that couldn't be repaired, the whole thing needed to be replaced. He recommended a company that was permitted to work on the city's pipe and went ahead and patched me up just to get me through the weekend so I could have running water. Good service and communication, Angel was a pleasure to work with. Thanks again!
