Austin was very skilled and answered all questions. I am an out of town landlord and felt very at ease with the major project I had to do - complete pipe replacement underneath my house and repair in front of home! 2nd time we've had to call Snakes in the past 5 years, and both times Austin has done a great job. They always get back to you ASAP and keep you in the loop. Austin gets in and out quickly & efficiently, and is willing to explain everything that's going on. For $99, and no upselling or gimmicks, you can't beat them. I would recommend them 100% every time, they came out on Christmas Eve day for goodness sake! Merry Christmas

Our kitchen drain stopped draining and after some DIY trouble shooting, it became obvious it was not a simple under the sink clog. Snake 'n' Laterals was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier with the service. Our technician, Austin, went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did he quickly clear the blockage while managing to calm down my barking dog, he even helped me throw away the pumpkins for Halloween. Highly recommend!
