Sometimes plumbing issues can be very stressful, but from the first call Snake's 'N' Laterals they made me feel comfortable and less stressed! When I called and talked to an actual person that was so helpful and caring to Austin coming and explaining every step and answering extra questions and taking the time to explain it to me and my husband. Learned that you can over-tighten pipes and cause them to leak. Thought I could fix it with a part so I went to three places, the third being a plumbing supply place. They told me that because this home builder glued everything, I would need a plumber and quietly recommended this place.

I placed a call and Angel came out the next morning. Showed him both problems, the other being an overflow issue with the dishwasher. He told me how to fix that issue and within 30 minutes sent a quote. If he had to fix both issues, there was a $100 discount for multiple projects. Fortunately I fixed the dishwasher issue, so they only needed to fix one which saved me over $150.

The next afternoon Austin came out and fixed it. Great work! Great price! Great company and the best tag line out there. A+++

I would recommend this company ANY DAY!!! We had a clogged line over Memorial Day weekend and couldn't find a plumber who could complete the job. One local plumber charged us for work he wasn't able to complete, created more problems while doing the job. I called Snake 'N' Laterals and Angel came out. We were able to use our bathroom and kitchen sinks the same day!!!! He completed the job the next day. He was professional, experienced, empathetic to our needs and KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! I called these folks on last Saturday as my toilet was leaking at the base. I figured it was the wax ring. They said they could have someone out Monday AM. I asked if they could tell me how much to replace a wax ring. They said no. I said OK, please have him come out. He showed up on time and was there no more than 1 hour. WOW, $298.00. So if you have deep pockets and have lots of cash in them go ahead and call these folks. They show up when they say they will and they fixed the problem correctly (after my wife had removed all of the water from the toilet and the tank) but their rates are unbelievable!!!!!
