I called Snake Masters with a list of things to do in my house some in the bathrooms and a lot more in the kitchen. Andy was able to come over and give us an estimate within an hour. His fee was reasonable. Between last Saturday and today Thursday, the guys came to our house four times, coordinating with the stone setter and the delivery if appliances.
If have done a re-do of your kitchen you know how unexpected things can come up. Andy and Mike handled these problems like there were no issues. They repaired replaced and took care of every detail that needed attention. Andy knows the rules and regulations and will not install anything that does not comply with the rules.
The team is honest, professional, always on time, respectful and goes above and beyond in their service. I will use and refer them to everyone I know.

So if you need a plumber do not look anymore. Snake Masters is the company you should call.

My ridiculous kitchen sink clogged and these were the only plumbers I could find who were available the same day. Luckily it was a SUPER easy fix and not an actual clogged drain (I'm lame).

The service call fee was less than what was charged by a different plumber who arrived an hour late to fix a previous non-issue (again, I'm lame), so that was appreciated.

After the city employees broke my water line for the 2nd time in 30 day I had no water for 2 days. After getting very angry they tell me do you know anyone? I called a few places and not one of them was willing to come and help same day. I spoke with Mike and he was on a job said we can be there in about 1 hour. Shows up on time and got to work right away with 2 other guys after 30-45 mins they fixed all my problems without any hassle or problems. If your looking for really good plumbers call these guys they ROCK!! Thanks for all your help Mike and crew.

I had some plumbing issue called couple places they give me appointments but never showed up. I called snake Masters they gave me an appointment showed up 10 minutes early before appointment. Andy show up very professional very knowledgeable . I had some drainage issue they told me not to worry . Gave me a reasonable Price they fix it in couple hours . I'm updating my review after the company reached out to me and explained why they missed a scheduled appointment. They showed up right on time ( the second time) and did a thorough inspection of my sewer. I'd recommend them to anyone.
