I have spent more than ten years in new home construction, I offer in-depth knowledge from the initial stages to completion. I adhere to the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) protocols for my home inspection. Additionally, I hold a plumbing contractor license in California (contractor's license number 1013233). I carry liability insurance for my inspections and plumbing services.

Being a certified inspector, I take pride in offering thorough inspections that are simple to understand. I personally conduct all inspections. My work schedule is adaptable, and typically I am able to schedule your home inspection for the following day. For over a decade, I have been involved in the construction industry, gaining important knowledge of the home building process. I spent a portion of that time in the plumbing trade, while the other half was with a major solar company. As a journeyman plumber, I gained customer service skills and commercial expertise, while honing a complex trade. In my time with the solar company, I held various roles including lead installer, lead site auditor, inspection coordinator, and project supervisor. My experiences in both fields were invaluable and inspired me to pursue the field of home inspection.
