I have spent more than ten years in new home construction, I offer valuable knowledge from the foundation to the finish. I follow the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) guidelines for all home inspection. Additionally, I hold a plumbing contractor license in California (contractor's license number 1013233). I provide my customers with peace of mind through liability insurance.

I have a very flexible work schedule, and typically I can often complete your home inspection as soon as the next day. For well over ten years, I have been immersed in the construction industry, acquiring essential knowledge of the home building process. I spent a portion of that time in the plumbing trade, while the other half was with a major solar company. As a journeyman plumber, I acquired customer service experience and industry expertise, while honing a challenging trade. In my time with the solar company, I took on multiple roles including lead installer, primary auditor, inspections manager, and project manager. The knowledge I acquired in these areas was crucial and led me to the field of home inspection.
