I follow the standards set by the American Society of Home Inspectors guidelines for all home inspection. As a licensed and bonded plumbing contractor in California (contractor's license number 1013233). I provide my customers with peace of mind through liability insurance.

Being a certified inspector, I focus on providing thorough inspections that are simple to understand. All inspections are conducted by me personally. I have a very flexible work schedule, and frequently I am able to schedule your home inspection for the following day. For well over ten years, I have been immersed in the construction industry, gaining essential knowledge of the home building process. Half of that time was spent in the plumbing trade, while the other half was with a major solar company. In my role as a journeyman plumber, I acquired customer service experience and commercial expertise, while perfecting a complex trade. In my time with the solar company, I held various roles including installation crew lead, site audit lead, inspection coordinator, and project manager. My experiences in both fields were invaluable and guided me toward the field of home inspection.
