I have spent more than ten years in new home construction, I bring in-depth knowledge from the ground up. I follow the standards set by the American Society of Home Inspectors protocols for my home inspection. Additionally, I hold a plumbing contractor license in California (contractor's license number 1013233). I provide my customers with peace of mind through liability insurance.

With my certification in home inspection, I focus on delivering high-quality inspections that are simple to understand. I personally conduct all inspections. My work schedule is adaptable, and typically I can often complete your home inspection as soon as the next day. For more than ten years, I have been involved in the construction industry, developing important knowledge of the home building process. I spent a portion of that time in the plumbing trade, while the other half was with a major solar company. During my time as a journeyman plumber, I gained experience in customer relations and business expertise, while honing a complex trade. While working in solar, I assumed several positions including installation supervisor, lead site auditor, inspection coordinator, and project lead. My experiences in both fields were invaluable and inspired me to pursue the field of home inspection.
