I adhere to the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) protocols for my home inspection. Additionally, I hold a plumbing contractor license in California (contractor's license number 1013233). For well over ten years, I have been immersed in the construction industry, acquiring crucial knowledge of the home building process. I dedicated part of that time to the plumbing trade, while the other half was with a major solar company. In my role as a journeyman plumber, I acquired customer service experience and industry expertise, while mastering a complex trade. While working in solar, I took on multiple roles including lead installer, site audit lead, inspections manager, and project supervisor. The experience I gained in these two fields was invaluable and inspired me to pursue the field of home inspection.
