Sam was great, I was able to schedule a next day appointment, he was very thorough when scheduling me, asked plenty of questions to prepare for my appointment. He gave a reasonable time frame for my appointment. He was able to pinpoint what needed to be done to fix my shower that wouldn't turn off. He knows exactly what he's doing and is a true professional. I would recommend Smart Rooter to anyone who needs a job done the RIGHT way, the FIRST time, so worth it.

I had a great experience with Sam from Smart Rooter & Plumbing. I called this business in desperation when my kitchen drain was clogged and the faucet was leaking in an old house. Sam answered promptly and came out on the same day. He had a hard time with some of the work that was not anticipated, yet with persistence he got the work done and done correctly. I will call on this business again and recommend them to others. The work was good in all aspects. He also did work that other plumbers had said was too hard or could not be done. I consider the work done worth what I had to pay and they are bonded and insured. Good job!

Sam Singh, the field supervisor, came out to my home at the last minute late at night to fix a leak that suddenly sprung underneath my kitchen sink. He arrived in less than 15 minutes and quickly and efficiently assessed and fixed the problem. It turned out an old copper bearing that was over tightened developed a pinhole. I appreciated him explaining the problem and the source of the leak. He replaced it with a brand new bearing and tested it for leaks. While at it, he also fixed a kink he uncovered in my faucet's hose which would've been problematic down the line. I highly recommend Sam and his company, particularly during a plumbing crisis. He is very experienced, professional, timely, and reliable. Overall, great service!

We had recently purchased our first home and we had a clog in our sink. I called Sam and he came out promptly to take a look. He also noticed that whoever had done the plumbing, as our home as recently been remodeled, had completely messed up the plumbing. He quickly fixed the clog and fixed the plumbing making my garbage disposal and dishwasher work perfectly and even added a water line for the fridge. He completed the work quickly and for a reasonable price.

Would recommend without hesitation. Sam's the best plumber in town.

Sam was quick to respond to a weekend call to fix a leaking faucet. He stopped the leak and efficiently installed a new faucet and pipe.

Very trustworthy, skilled and clean work.

Unfortunately I mislaid his card for a more recent rooter problem and had to use a different company to install a clean out. They charged a huge amount and left a complete mess.

Thankfully I found Smart Rooter's card again and have called them to fix a leaking toilet. They were helpful and got someone out same-day! Their business card has now been pinned to my fridge, in full view....for the next plumbing emergency.

We called today, a holiday of all days. Sam immediately asked for photos so he'll have the part for our shower unit. He came by on time on the schedule he made. Also gave us an partial drop in estimate. He reviewed our shower unit thoroughly and found that the previous installer modified the hose! So he replaced the plastic hose with a stainless steel hose and even made our water pressure so strong! The old plastic pipe was bent inside the shower unit! He's a miracle plumber! Thank you Sam! Sam and Sal arrived in the morning. They gave me a quote. I told them my budget. They worked with me to find a happy medium. Sal returned w/another gentlemen and 2 toilets. They replaced them in less time than quoted. They did a supper job and backed the work up for much longer than the other quotes I received. I am very pleased.and would definitely recommend them to friends as well as use them again. Thank you guys!

Sam Singh did a great job with our plumbing needs. Although he did not come at the estimated time of arrival (about an hour on top of the hour we were informed he'd be there), the service was everything we could have hoped for. Sam comes with professional courtesy, a fair price and great work ethic to get the job done. Our job was oddly specific, so I'm sure there's no job too big or small for Sam.
