Just before sunset three nights ago, I discovered the cap on my main sewer ""clean-out"" access had blown off; water and TP were flooding out of the opening into my flower bed. Frantically, I left a message for Sam, who soon returned my call. Since he was close by, Sam agreed to ""one more call"" for the day--and he arrived about 15 minutes later. He quickly had his rooter deployed and snaking through my clogged main sewer line. Within 20 mins, Sam had cleared the plug from the line--and he even courteously cleaned up the mess around the clean-out opening. (A much appreciated ""extra touch!"")

I thank Smart Rooter & Plumbing for their prompt, efficient and courteous service in my moment of panic. Sam quickly restored our home's sewer ""flow""--and, thankfully, my peace of mind!

I was having an issue with a fill valve leak on my washing machine and discovered that the washer hose bib valves had worn seals and stuck levers. I needed a plumber to come out to evaluate this ASAP before the New Year holiday. Smart Rooter & Plumbing made it happen!! They came out the next day after I placed the call. Sal not only did a fantastic job in replacing the hose bibs with a newer, improved version, but he was ultra kind, professional, gentle, patient and informative. He completed the job promptly, explained the process step-by-step and answered all my questions. He even fixed my bathroom sink drain stopper on the fly and explained how to drain my water tank to improve its lifespan. This is definitely my ""go to"" company for my future plumbing needs!! Sam to the rescue! He answered our phone call right away and we were so lucky that he was able to come over within 30 minutes. He assessed our problem in our front yard and gave us our options. He had all the proper tools on hand and was able to fix our issue right then and there. We will definitely call him back for a future project.

We were seriously in a tough bind with a faucet leak outside the home therefore had to shut off the water in the whole home. Luckily Sam answered and said he would come in about an hour. He was very informative and thorough and did this job for us after hours. The result is fantastic. Replaced the whole unit. The old one was 40 years old and not even done right. Thanks to this company for their help. Water was restored shortly and the outcome is fantastic. Will use them again with any plumbing needs.

Sam was very easy going and professional in answering my inquiry about plumbing services - it was my first time having to figure it out on my own, due to my landlord being on vacation - Sam is very knowledgeable and was able to offer a solution to my problem right away. He sent two of his best men Sal and Kumar which arrived in a timely manner.
Funny thing is that once they arrived, The drano had FINALLY worked and cleared the backup.
Sal & Kumar still checked our drains for both apartments affected at no charge and offered to come back if we had a back up again!
I totally recommend giving Sam a call. They are professional and very kind folks.What more can we ask for during hectic times.

Sam came out after I called him for an estimate. He quoted me a fair price to install drains and faucets in our bathrooms and install a kitchen sink and drain. Sal & Kumar we're out the next day and did a great job. They came on time and explained what they were going to do. After finishing Sal went over what they did and made sure there were no leaks.
