By far one of best plumbing service in the East Bay. It was Christmas eve and our bathrooms and shower was clog. We figure some durno would solve it, but it didn't. It was close to 6 pm on Christmas Eve and the only one that answer was Sam from Smart Rooter. We told him our issue and he said he will show up later. However, we needed to make our Christmas eve family stops. Sam said don't worry about it I will take look at it from the main line. He unclog the line and ensure we were satisfied with the service. He give us some recommendations without any pressure. Awesome work and service definitely will use them again...hopefully not to soon.

Sam helped me out today, and I have to say this is about as good as service can get. I was calling a few different plumbers to get price checks, and I left my number with Smart Rooter for someone to call me back. Sam called me as soon as I stopped calling other plumbers and said he would come to my house to see the problem and give us an estimate and check-up free of charge. I agreed and he said he would be here in 10 minutes, and just as promised he was here in just about 10. Sam and his associate came through to check it all out, very quickly finding the problem and giving us a price quote and time frame. The price quote was less than the cheapest over-the-phone quote I received, and he said he could do it in half an hour. That was half an hour ago and just 5 minutes ago I was shaking their hands as they left my house with cleaned drains and plenty of advice to prevent future issues. They were so professional, friendly, and worth the price.

Sam and his crew came to my house and fixed issues other plumbers didn't even want to touch! I had a watermark handle in my bathroom that wasn't put together correctly for over a year. I called them and they were here the next day and fixed it very quickly, when other plumbers came out and could not figure it out. They also fixed a toilet that was installed incorrectly by another plumber. They took it apart, saw the issue and did whatever they could to make it work. These guys are amazing and the best plumbers around. I highly recommend them and in future will use them for all of my plumbing issues. Their prices are also very reasonable!!! Great guys. My toilet is fixed! I had a leak inside the tank that caused my water bill to spike :( I took a chance and called Bay Area Smart Rooter located in El Sobrante. Sam came the same day to give me a free quote. He came back today (its SUNDAY!) and replaced the parts inside the toilet. He even fixed my faucets that had a leak - all for a very reasonable price. Had an emergency leak in our basement wall, so I called Smart Rooter immediately. Sam came out within two hours and gave me a quote to fix it. Since it was a pretty big job he couldn't do it that day, but he came out first thing the next morning, finished the job within two hours, cleaned up and all was good. Sam arrived promptly on time and was extremely professional throughout. I called to have my drain unclogged and the job ended up being little more involved than he expected. His prices were fair and even though he had to charge me additional amount due to extra work, I thought his prices were reasonable. He also provided several tips and recommendation to maintain improve my plumbing.

Sam and his helper made sure they didn't leave a mess and thoroughly cleaned everything after the work was done.
