We had a break in our old polybutylene pipe a month ago at our water meter near the street. Peter came out the next morning. He came ready to give us an estimate, thoroughly discussed our options and what he'd do with each. We liked him so much we went with him even though we'd had someone come right before him to give us an estimate. He was professional, clean, knowledgeable, and efficient at his work. The repair was well done and reasonably priced between the three estimates we got between our first call and the next day in which he performed the repair. We would use Peter again!!

I was having a leak in my master bathroom shower so I contacted Smart Plumbing. Peter responded to my call within an hour or so and was available to repair the issue the same afternoon. He was very neat and took care of the replacing my shower drain in a short period of time. His estimate was inline with the final charge. I would recommend him for any plumbing needs.

When you call Smart Plumbing, you will speak to Katie most likely. She is super efficient, polite, and patient (even with me bumbling on like a dumb new-home-owner). Her customer service is fantastic!!! Thank you Katie for helping me during the stressful time of not having hot water. If you are someone like me, who knows little about the plumbing, gas, heating and air conditioning, but wants to learn as much as your busy life allows, Peter is the man you want to come to your house! Incredibly thorough and willing to take the time to talk you through his process of diagnostic and solution. Have Smart Plumbing earned 10 stars yet? If not, I will keep going Let's talk cost. Obviously, being without hot water for your entire family puts you """"over a barrel"""" (google it). If I hadn't mentioned yet, I grovelled and begged Katie to send help the same day... She did and I had hot water before the kid got home. What would you expect to pay? $400? Worth it. $300? That's a great deal. What if you thought $200? You would be wrong again, because they charged me less than $150. Thank you both for making a very stressful situation as comfortable as possible. I know that I will tell everyone one I know to call Katie and Peter at Smart Plumbing!!! PS. I didn't even mention how Katie got the information about my issue, and patched me nearly immediately (within 30 minutes) through to Peter. Before coming to the house, he called me directly and walked me through a few troubleshooting and diagnostic step. They were trying to help me solve the issue for free. Just awesome service.

Peter has been to my home more than once to help with plumbing issues and he's great! After getting quotes elsewhere, he's the most reasonable and his work has not yielded any issues. First time he came out to research why my water bill had doubled in coming months with no extra water usage in home. He figured out there was a broken pipe between the house and the street. Fixed that and now there isn't even a sign on my lawn that it happened. And then today he came back and I had a honey to-do list for him. My kitchen faucets water pressure had diminished, my guest bathroom toilet was hard to flush, and my kids bathroom tub spout would release water when on shower mode. He was in and out in 30-40 min, fixed all issues and that was that. THANKS PETER!!

After searching and looking at this business and seeing that they service my area according to the service area maps, I called and they told me they would not travel across a county line even though I am only 2-3 minutes across the county line. If they are this strict with their """"zoning"""", that ;leads me to believe they are not a business that goes out of their way to help people, and you better read the fine print on your contracts! They and Yelp should have the service area maps updated to reflect the area that they will bother themselves to travel to.

Peter is an excellent plumber! He's responsive, reasonably priced, fast, flexible, and knowledgeable. We were able to get an appointment to fix a leak in our laundry room rather quickly. While there, he tested our water pressure and discovered that we had another leak in our crawl space. He fixed both leaks without issue. I highly recommend him.

Peter responded quickly and called when he was on his way. His name was on his shirt to identify him and he immediately gave me his business card and a free good quality pen. Direct TV service men make note! They show up with no ID at all! Peter was very professional, but pleasant and didn't mind my silly dogs who are nosey and love attention. He was efficient, cleaned up after himself and did a great job. The final price was what he had quoted me. I will definitely call him again the next time I need a plumber. Peter was very friendly, professional and fast. I sent him an email late Friday night not expecting a reply but to my surprise he replied and stated he would be able to come out the next day between 12-2. He called when he was on his way and arrived at 1230. When he arrived he was already prepared with a mask and shoe covers without me even having to ask, which I greatly appreciated. It only took him 10 mins to fix my issue and his prices were extremely affordable. I will definitely call Peter again for any future plumbing issues I may encounter and would 100% recommend him to all my friends and family. Thank you Peter. You're the best!

Had an emergency with our hot water heater. Over 13 years old and it just broke down one morning. Called Smart Plumbing and had suggestions and quotes within an hour and a new gas 50 gallon tank at a great price installed later that day with a one year agreement for Peter to return for any issues and a 6 year manufacturer warranty on top of that. He took out the old tank and disposed of it and installed the new one for us and then reviewed everything he did. Peter thank you so much for your help, advice and hard work. In addition he drove all the way back out to our house when I thought I smelled gas just to ease my nerves. Turned out to be nothing but he was polite and thoughtful and made absolutely sure there were no leaks or errors. Would definitely recommend him for plumbing needs and I'm sure we will call again should any other plumbing issues arise!
