The plumber who came over to first look into out sink drip was very knowledgeable and honest. Once he returned to do the job, he found that the piece that was likely to need replacing was still good, just needed an adjustment. So he reduced the quote he had given us accordingly.
We have very old pipes so repairs and replacements are not super cheap but we trust them to be fair with their price. Will probably call them again when the need arises.

Small Jobs Plumbing is truly exceptional. We recently had a leak in the faucet of a pedestal sink in our half bathroom. Being the original owners of our house, we still had a lifetime guarantee on the faucets, so we contacted Kohler and obtained the necessary replacement parts. Initially, we reached out to one of the larger plumbing companies for the repair. They told us they would need to remove the pedestal sink, which is attached to the wall, replace the parts, and then reinstall the sink. The quote for this work was $580.00.

Fortunately, we found Small Jobs Plumbing, and from the start, they were wonderful to work with. Ryan came out, quickly assessed the situation, and was able to replace the parts without having to remove the sink. He was very pleasant, clearly knowledgeable, and efficient. The final charge was only $219.00, significantly less than the big plumbing company's quote.

I called SJP to address a leak in the cold water supply for the kitchen faucet. Damon came out and assessed what needed to be done but unfortunately didn't have a fitting he'd need and the supply house was already closed. He was also very clear about the costs, including a potential upcharge if he needed to address the problem from the crawlspace below the house (thankfully, that wasn't necessary!) He came back the next day and got the leak addressed quickly. He also tidied up and left the work area clean. Excellent work and if we have a plumbing need in the future, we'll definitely be calling SJP first.

My favorite plumbing service! They show up quickly, solve issues efficiently and expertly, and don't charge an arm and a leg! I've used them twice now, and they will always be the first plumber I will call for any new issues. They have fixed my leaky shower head, unclogged my dishwasher drain line, and fixed an incorrectly installed water temperature handle.

I called on a Thursday and they were able to come to my house on Saturday morning to deal with a slow draining shower. The person who came to my home was a bit surly but got the job done. I appreciated that he was willing to wear booties in my shoe free house, but I was surprised that he did not come with his own. In total he was in my house for about 15 minutes. He let me know that the clog wasn't that bad at all. I was surprised by the $300 bill at the end. In the future, I will spend that money on purchasing my own drain auger (~$80) so I can snake my drains myself rather than calling this plumbing service. I think their pricing is too high for such a small job. I was especially salty after he sent me the photo of what came out of the drain. It's a tiny hairball!

I appreciated that they could get me in within 48 hours and that they actually solved the issue that I was having, but I don't think their prices are competitive for truly small jobs.
