I m not a big review writer, but in the case of SJP, I can't recommend this outfit enough.... From the first call, service was courteous, fast and capable.

As background, the hose that connected our toilet to the water/plumbing system behind our bathroom wall was stressed and leaking, and ding so into our living rom in the floor below. I was super lucky to catch Chris the same afternoon I called as it seems he had a last minute cancellation in the area.

Chris was extremely courteous and professional, quickly identified the source of the issue, gave me confidence that it could be fixed, and a very reasonable cost to do it (certainly by local standards !).

Chris then spent the next few hours pulling up the toilet, repairing fittings and redirecting hoses - and no only fixed the problem -but also seemed to make a few small but impactful modifications to the original installation to ensure the leak from this area would not happen again.

Chris was also super friendly, did not seem rushed, and just really left us with both dry home and a good feeling. Will keep these good people on file for ay future need and recommend you do so yourselves as well!

I don't generally write reviews- This company and it's people are INCREDIBLE. Very friendly, on time and have ethics. I had several other companies come out to look at the job and they all clearly tried to stack the invoice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH OTHER PLUMBERS- Call these people first. Save yourself some time and trust that they will treat you right and fairly. Sean came out and not only handled the job quickly, but also used a solution that will be easily serviceable in the future. THANK YOU!

I had a garbage disposal mishap at my home, and called Small Jobs Plumbing. I spoke to Heather who was very understanding and helpful. She was able to schedule me the following morning. I've used Small Jobs Plumbing twice, and am very satisfied with both jobs they completed. First, their response time and scheduling was always quick and flexible to my schedule. The first job was estimated and then completed by Shawn; it involved replacing my kitchen faucet and disposal, while adding an overflow drain to my dishwasher. Executed exactly as timed and priced. The second job was installation of larger drain piping so my fancy new washer can drain without overwhelming the old 1.5"" pipe and leaking into the wall space between my garage and kitchen. (What a hassle and a mess!) Damon did the estimate, and he & Joel performed the work - again, right on target with the time needed and the cost. (I had gotten another estimate about 35% higher; more expensive does not always mean better!) I'm glad I went with my instinct based on my 1st experience. I will definitely use SJP again. (A few acquaintances have since mentioned their local tv commercials - I don't watch tv but apparently it's made their name memorable!)

Last Saturday morning a water heater quit working leaving our tenant with no hot water. I phoned Small Jobs and was greeted with pleasant concern.
They were able to send someone out that day. Technician Ryan was friendly and professional. He was able to fix the problem at the stated price.

Small Jobs Plumbing is the real deal! We had a rushed sewer lateral compliance project in Marin that we needed to fulfill the requirements of selling our property. Zac was Johnny on the spot helping to expertly guide the effort with not only the tenant but the County representative. Can't say enough good things about Zac and the work performed onsite by Ryan. Highly recommend their services to anyone and their pricing was reasonable.
