Small Jobs Plumbing was able to schedule me a non-emergency appointment within a couple of days and the day of fixed the drain to my claw foot tub (had nothing to do with the tub, just the drain), as well as, my garbage disposable. Ryan was super great! I really appreciate how he wore his mask the entire time in my house and made friends with my dog. Really grateful for this service and would definitely go back again.

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I was having a problem installing a compression fitting on a toilet water supply and eventually gave up. I decided to call in a professional and contacted Zac at Small Jobs Plumbing. It was a Saturday morning so I was expecting to be out a good chunk of change for plumber to come out on a weekend. Zac told me there would be a minimum charge of $150 but then offered that if I sent a picture of the pipe and the fitting he would try and ""walk me through"" the installation at no charge. I did that and Zac did indeed get me through the process. He insisted on no payment. Who offers that kind of service? Well Zac did and if I ever need a plumber in the future he'll be my first call. I highly recommend you do the same.

Ryan was my technician and he showed up on time and dealt with all my plumbing issues. I just purchased the home and had several leaks on top of having him replace the kitchen faucet. He worked quickly and was very friendly.

Yes you are correct I did approve the transaction. Since I had water leaking outside my home and toilets in need of repair, my mistake for approving, As far as your team member having to spend ""time"" going to get parts I would have thought these simple plastic parts would be carried on a Plumbers truck. The leak was due to the fact placing a new part on a old part is questionable, but I am not a Plumber so I didn't bother to mention it at the time. I grew up in Marin and have lived in Sonoma for years, it is expensive to live here agreed. I have also been working for 40 years and am well aware of the expense of running a small business. I will not be changing my rating this is my experience with your company. Thank you

I was so impressed with their service! I had a problem with my plumbing. I was almost afraid to find out! Ryan arrived and thoroughly checked everything related to the problem. He was very knowledgeable and dispelled some of what people had told me about my house. He came to the conclusion quickly but he did not rush. He was thorough. He dealt with the problem expertly. He also answered some questions I had. The facts were interesting!

This was same day service! Arrived on time! I spoke to Zac and he took it from there! Masked and very professional!! I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN FOR ANY PLUMBING PROBLEMS!!! CALL THEM FOR ANY PLUMBING NEEDS!!! YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!!!

Same day service! Unheard. Right? I sure got lucky! Ryan showed up on time. He made all of his tests and discerned the problem. In little time he had the issue resolved! I had feared the worse. But with his expertise he knew what it was and that was that! I couldn't recommend them more! CALL THEM FOR A REFRESHING EXPERIENCE WITH PLUMBERS!! ZACK AND RYAN! WHAT A GREAT COMPANY!! A big thank you to Ryan who came out and did a great job today. I had a bunch of little things that needed to be fixed. Turns out some of them were operating as designed. LOL The thing I did need fixed, Ryan was able to do today. It was super nice not to have to reschedule an appointment. He came out gave me quotes and jumped into the work. I would highly recommend having Ryan come out if you are in Cotati. Very professional, always had mask and gloves on. He gave me quotes on a couple of things and one was too high in my opinion. What was awesome is when I passed on that one he didn't badger me or give any of that ""salesman"" guilt. As for the work, he did a perfect job. There was even a black mark left on the tub and he asked me for cleaners to clean it up. Professional and personable, I will certainly use again!

I tried to fix a ""horsetail"" that grew in my toilet drain. I got the toilet off and the tail out but the mess was so stinky and bad that me and a strong friend tried to pull the whole mess out of the toilet drain closet flange and all. I really screwed it up. Advise, don't try and take out a closet ( toilet drain flange) by yourself. Leave it for the professionals poop and all. After several day's of sleepless nights and a dozen U tub videos I started calling plumbers, several either said they could not handle it or stood me up. Then someone recommended Small Job Plumbers. The wife of the owner called me back right away and even though they had a family medical emergency she managed to call me and get Ryan to my house 2 days after I called. Ryan was awesome he figured out and fixed a problem that several other plumbers couldn't. He was awesome in every way. When he didn't know something he called the owner (Zack) who gave him suggestions to fix the problem. Instead of Jack hammering my bathroom (concrete slab) Ryan and Zack figured it out on the phone. I'm a Public Insurance Adjuster and I deal with insurance companies saying NO, NO, to policy holders, nope, can't do it all day long. I never quit either did Ryan. This company gets it done no matter the issue and it didn't cost me a weeks pay. I highly recommend this business they are as good as it gets. Thanks Ryan, it was great to spend the afternoon with you. You did a great job and saved me a lot of time, stress and money.

Called for service, had to call again. Finanlly had a phone response from a woman who began the dialogue in a very confrontational tone. Gave me an estimate, sight unseen, of the problem.And when I told her I had a bid $600. lower, she advised me to use that supplier. I hung up.

Considering that they do so much ""happy face"" advertising - they need a new front person when dealing with the actual public.

I couldn't fix something myself despite trying and so I called a plumber thinking ""oh it'll take a week to schedule and my entire paycheck"".
NO one likes to have to call a plumber!

NOPE! Same. Day. Service. And while not cheap (I mean plumbers aren't cheap and you don't want them to be either) it was so well done.

AMAZING!

No touch with masks and in less than 90 minutes I was back in business plus an extra hand, with my issue resolved and an estimate on another issue.

I will be using them from now on!
