I have only great things to say about Small Jobs Plumbing! We had a kitchen drain line under the house that had rotted out and was leaking. We called Small Jobs Plumbing and they were amazing to deal with from the start. The office personnel are very friendly. They got back to us right away and scheduled a plumber to come out.
Ryan was our plumber, and he was awesome! He went under the house to take a look even with all the mud. He gave the quote and was able to do the repair after a quick trip to pick up new pipes. This was a Friday afternoon. I was so surprised he was willing to do such a big job at the end of the day on a Friday. Ryan was very professional and communicated everything clearly. I felt so guilt that he had to work till after normal business hours; but Ryan said he enjoys helping people. It's easy to see that he genuinely does enjoy helping people!
I can't emphasize enough how happy we are with Small Jobs Plumbing! If I could give higher than five star rating, I would give them max rating on that scale as well.

These guys did an amazing job. It took them 3 times as long as estimated and they stuck to their original estimate. This kind of honor is hard to find in this day and age. I will never go any place else for plumbing work.

Ryan showed up on time and was able to determine our problem right away. He installed a better sink valve in the bathroom. And under the sink is not an easy place to work. Very happy with Small Jobs Plumbing !

Ryan came to my house 20 minutes after I called. He took the time to really find out what's going on ( damage to the sewer lateral coming from middle of street. It involved snaking under the house and then excavating the drain clean out that was buried on the side of the house. Then to get a true idea he pulled out his ""sewer cam"" and scoped the whole line - in short he went WAY above and beyond. He also spent time talking to me about big picture. Fantastic!! Oh, didn't even mention how reasonably priced this all was. I have a go-to plumber from here on out!

Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He was able to replaced the leaking parts quickly. He took before/after photos and emailed them to us with a copy of the invoice. He had on protective gear at all times. We will be using small jobs plumbing again!

You ever notice that life does not follow a nine to five, Monday through Friday time schedule? Life happens at the most inconvenient times. Such was the case with our backed up kitchen sink. Do you think our sink would back-up during normal business hours? Of course not. Enter Small Jobs Plumbing. I called Saturday morning to see if I could get a technician out to snake our clogged line. I did not have high hopes of someone being available on a Saturday. Much to my surprise, a technician was available. I was informed that Damon would be at our home by early afternoon. How nice is that.

I was sent a confirmation text with a photo of Damon. Nice touch. Damon showed up on time as advertised. Damon was courteous, professional and easy to work with. I explained our problem to Damon, he assessed the issue and worked to resolve our clogged sink. Damon worked efficiently and quickly. He needed about 45 minutes to resolve the problem to a satisfactory end.

We feel very fortunate to have a plumber available on a weekend. This has not always been our experience in the past. It was also nice to work with a local plumber who was not only incredibly efficient, but an all around pleasant person. If you are in need of a plumber, I recommend Small Jobs Plumbing. Called Small Jobs Plumbing yesterday for a leak under the kitchen sink. They got Ryan out here the next day. He found the leak(s), went for parts and in less than an hour I'm not mopping up water on my kitchen floor anymore! Prompt, friendly, fast. Highly recommend.
