I called on Weds, they were able to come out on Friday. They snaked a clogged shower for me- cost was $285. I needed a tub spout replaced that I had already purchased and was ready to be put on. I was quoted an additional $150 to do that. I declined and did it myself in 10 minutes.

Chewey and Damon were responsive polite and helped brainstorm solutions. Damon was especially clear on what was needed giving me as a customer choices.
Office staff also needs to be noted. Friendly, and clear in communications.

A great company. They return your calls promptly and have always gotten me in sooner than expected. Due to an outside construction project, I've had a reoccurring issue at my house. Sean quickly figured out the problem and fixed it efficiently. I'd definitely recommend them.

Damon was here and gave me 2 possible scenarios...it turned out to be the less expensive scenario. He was pleasant and fast and seemed genuinely happy to provide me with great customer service. I will call on this company for future issues.

Damon and Chris were on time, thorough and very nice. Great, honest people.

Over the last year Small Jobs Plumbing has rebuilt my main line cleanout, replaced my kitchen line and now my bathroom line. Each time has been a great experience. The same person who comes to give you an estimate is the one who does the work. In my case this was Damon. He is great. He is very knowledgeable and respectful of my home. He takes pictures and explains things thoroughly. I feel confident with all his work. I have never had an issue with any of his jobs. I highly recommend this company.

I will be using Small Jobs Plumbing for any projects moving forward. I'm a new homeowner and had never needed a plumber before. I recently found a leak that was behind a wall and began calling local companies to figure out the process of getting it fixed. I'm so grateful that I found Small Jobs Plumbing! Heather walked me through the process over the phone, she was knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation, and very detail-oriented. She was able to schedule Sean to come out this morning between 9am and 10am. I loved that they texted me a reminder of the appointment the day before and that they texted me when he was on his way this morning; they included his photo, which I really appreciated since I don't like to open the door for people I don't know. Sean was AWESOME! He was on time, efficient, and listened to me without being patronizing or me having to repeat myself a million times, which is what I've had to deal with from other men that have come to work on my home. He kept his workspace clean, made sure that there was plenty of detailed documentation for my homeowner's insurance company to review, and was almost spot-on in regard to the price that he quoted me before he began the work. How often can you rely on a company to tell you what they are going to do, do it /do it correctly the first time, AND follow through after the job to make sure that there aren't any loose ends? It doesn't happen often, but this crew did it. Keep up the great work!

I reached out to SJP for a moderate leak in the main line and the valve that feed the house, and SJP returned my call ASAP. They arranged to have a technician, Ryan, come to the property to take a look and give me an estimate. Ryan showed up exactly on time, explained what he was going to do, went to the shop to purchase parts, and completed the work all within about an hour of his initial inspection. The price for the work was fair and the quality of the work is exactly what I was expecting. I can highly recommend them for residential plumbing and will contact them in the future when I need additional work done.

Thank you Damon and Chris for another job well done. This time it's the shut off valve outside our rental. The new copper piping is a thing of beauty. I think one of the things that sets Small Jobs apart from other plumbing companies is not only the wealth of knowledge they have but the pride of workmanship that is so evident in everything they do.

For me 5 stars = no room for improvement. I've just had another perfect job completed by Small Jobs. (They've worked on our sewer line, replaced toilets and faucets, you name it) Damon and Chris came and replaced my ancient water heater. My situation was not totally straight forward as the clown who built our building did some creative work when running the pipes. But Damon (VERY knowledgeable!) talked with me at length and experimented a little bit and shed some light on the situation in addition to getting the new water heater installed. As always, they were on time, did the work as quoted, and left no sign that they were even here. Heather et al in the office were also easy, responsive and friendly to work with. Electronic estimates to your email you can sign off on digitally. If you need a plumber, give Small Jobs a try. I've never felt jerked around, overcharged or unhappy. In fact they will guide you through making decisions so you're only paying for work you really need. Thank you Damon and Chris! Great job today!
