We saw the early signs of water heater failure and called for help. ...yes, because of the TV commercial and the jingle you can't get out of your head, but I digress. They were super friendly and professional, and were able to have a new water heater installed the next day. The technician (Sean G.) who did the work was awesome and really knows his stuff. He explained everything clearly and left the place spotless. Great local company, definitely and absolutely recommend them. Thanks!!

I had Ieak in my shower faucet and tried everything in my ability (Thanks Youtube vids) to fix it. After exhausting my possibilities I called Small Jobs and they assured me that my attempts were good and noble but the problem was deep in the wall. They fixed the problem with professional skills. They were on time and their communication was excellent. I don't necessarily think they are the cheapest possible service but I wanted assurance over value. I would use them again.

Zack came out almost immediately took care of the problem great price super friendly my neighbor loved him, if you're looking for a hard-working honest person to give you a good price and not overcharge you this company is legit. Wow! I'm so pleased. The woman on the phone was really nice, friendly & helpful. Sorry, I didn't catch her name! I called on a Thursday & she got me an appointment for Friday.
Damon, the plumber who was dispatched to my job was also kind & helpful. Very knowledgeable and SPEEDY! He fixed the leak under my sink in practically no time. It was a huge relief, because I was going out of town & didn't want to come home to a disaster.
Great service at a fair price. Definitely recommend!

Damon Cole from Small Jobs Plumbing came by today and very quickly fixed a leaky outdoor faucet. He's a delightful person and had just the right equipment in his truck to get the job done. The office person, Heather, called me this morning after I had left a message about it over the weekend and worked to get me on the schedule for today! Small Jobs is definitely the right plumber for our small jobs; their people really take care of business.

The person answering (yes, they actually answered the phone) was very pleasant and mentioned they had a cancelation, so I was able to get someone to my house on the same day.

The city of Rohnert Park notified us that we had a leak based on the water meter reading. So it was urgent to have a plumber locate and fix the issue. My husband suspected that the leak was coming from an old Tee connection for our old sprinkler system, which we no longer use. Which meant cutting off the old tubing/pipe and reconnecting the faucet to the main water pipe.

Ryan Burton was the technician they sent out. He was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Soon after he started the job, he knocked on my door to let me know the job was complete. I was super impressed and amazed it was already done!!!

I found out they charge a fee to come out, but they also apply the fee to the amount you owe if you choose to have them do the work. Seems the plumbers I called all charged a fee to come out, no more free estimates.

Based on their reviews, being local, and charging a lower fee to come out, I chose this company and I'm so glad I did! The price I paid was reasonable.

Ryan E-mailed me the invoice, along with a picture of the completed job. The pic was a nice surprise, I printed both and submitted them back to the city of RP, along with the proof of repair.

The city of RP is coming to read the meter (again) today, to confirm the leak is gone. I have no doubt that will be the outcome, thanks to Ryan's work.

Great customer service and on time arrival. Damon and Chris were friendly and the work was quick and efficient. It was a shower spout leak fix and it was done with a trip for parts in an hour and a half

I had a clogged kitchen sink and found SMALL JOBS PLUMBING who were able to come out and unclog it the SAME DAY. The other 3 local plumbers weren't available until tomorrow or next week. Sam who answered the phone, had great customer service skills, and Sean came out and was able to address the problem efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend Small Jobs Plumbing!
