Scott and team recently helped out with a re-pipe on my house. Scott came out early morning to identify my issue and clearly presented all of my options. His team was punctual and very informative, explaining as they went along. The staff was courteous and respectful cleaning as they went along and at the end of each day. Honest, professional, fast. Highly recommend Slab Leaks Plus. We had American slab leaks come out about 6 months ago for a suspected leak. They First told us the leak could possibly be coming from our irrigation or pool equipment and that they couldn't fix that. American then suspected another issue and gave us an estimate for $8,000. Good thing we went with our instinct and assumed it was our irrigation system and didn't pay the 8k for the unnecessary work they recommended. Fast forward to last week when our wood floors had holes in them from moisture underneath that was not detected by American slab leaks. Ryan with Slab Leaks Plus immediately identified the source of our leak and fixed the problem. From the day Ryan came out to detect the leak to the day of completion of the remediation work was 8 days.

Last week we found out our water bill was about 15 times higher than normal! We also heard and saw water gushing out from an underground drain pipe leading directly into a storm drain. Two people from IRWD checked on it and couldn't give any helpful information other than saying there was a leak. I hired one plumbing company and confirmed there was a leak with the outside irrigation system but couldn't go further. I checked with a landscaper and was told he would have to start digging to find out where the problem was.

I then looked up one Ov...... plumbing company that offered electronic leak detection. On the appointed day, I received a call saying their equipment is not functioning and would contract out to another company to do the job for about five times their original quoted rate! This was definitely a scam to get me to pay more!

Then I checked a few more companies on line and found Slab Leaks Plus and made an appointment. Scott and a partner came on time and started to look for leak immediately. With his knowledge and experience, he did located the leak which actually was from an old outdoor water heater for the BBQ station. I also asked him to remove and reconnect the pipe for the sink. Highly recommended!

slab leaks plus was a great experience. Ryan was professional, quick, nice and did a great job. He was super honest and got the job which would take someone else 2 days in 1 afternoon. His work is impeccable and his entire team were so great and friendly. I never felt once that I was not getting my money's worth. Slab Leaks plus came out on very short notice, set up work and then did a fantastic job not only problem solving on our difficult leak, but also finding a couple problems that could contribute to future problems. They were able to quickly fix the additional plumbing issues and install a new garbage disposal per request. Ryan and Dennis were not only skilled and knowledgeable, but they were also courtious and patient to get this project done in a day. Well done, highly recommended.

In the past two years, we've had a couple of leaks in my parent's home in Mission Viejo and so we worked with many plumbers. Our first plumbing service charged us an arm and leg to find the leak(2 hours to find a leak). They fixed it, but leaked again and wanted to charges us again. Our second plumber was nice, but overcharged us, was not licensed and did a crappy job in repairing the drywall. I decided to call Scott on Yelp. Scott is the gruffest and most direct of the group but he is very systematic in finding leaks. He found the leak in less than an hour and I paid him for his time. He also gave me a fair quote on what it would cost to re-pipe the water line. Scott's work is good, honest and straightforward. Scott and Ryan have a heart of gold and will go beyond their call of duty to help the customer. Thank you!

I called Slack Leaks when I wasn't sure if my garage floor was a slab leak. Scott helped me over the phone on a Saturday night at 8pm and reassured me everything will be ok. He showed on Monday, did his detection service and we schedule a piping reroute for Wednesday. Everything was done very smoothly and efficiently. Very trust worthy and amazing quality work. During the testing, I didn't follow directions very carefully and he came back immediately the next day to help resolve everything. Highly recommend him for his care, service and quality!

Slab leaks plus is amazing! Last week I had to call them because there was a leak and hole in my garage ceiling . Scott and Rod came out and were prompt and polite and right away I felt comfortable. They fixed the leak and even though I hadn't scheduled it they fixed my leaking faucet and replaced it! Scott even took the time to look at the rest of the house to make sure everything was okay. I'm so grateful to have found such an amazing company like slab leaks with such awesome and friendly people. Won't use anyone else.

And, I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could! We also highly recommend this company.
When you have a water leak, of any kind, you never know where it's going to take you. But after spending five minutes with Scott or Ryan, we were able to relax because they found our problem quickly. Every time! How do we know that? We've had a few leaks in the last four years and they've taken care of all of them. They are very responsive and when they arrive, they find the leak quickly. They're very thorough and knowledgeable.
We had a complete reroute done. Finished it in one day! The price was very reasonable compared to other company's. Great guys and really enjoyed their company at a time of complete chaos! My wife, Carol, and I are very happy with their service. And their clean up was amazing. We will only use Slab Leaks Plus in the future. I just hope we won't have to!!
