My house had a leak from an unknown source which I had brought out another company that wanted to charge me $14k for their services. I called Scott out for a second opinion, and he was able to find the issue, (something the other company stated they needed to tear down 4 walls) was able to correct it, and did a monumental job with making my house look great again. Had I not had Scottt come out and give me his honest advice, I would have been out not only the $14k, but whatever they would have charged to correct the issue.

I've had him out now on 6 occasions for various needs (it's an old house) and there is nobody that I would rather call. His rates are extremely fair and his work is done right the first time, always. Highly recommended.

I called 10 companies and decided to go with Scott at Slab Leaks Plus. I went with Scott because I felt his ideas to complete this job were smarter and better communicated than all the plumbers that I interviewed. I moved my gas meter and needed to rerun gas pipe from the home to the new meter. Scott did an amazing job and took the stress out of such a complex job with the ground digging, holes and new piping and timed everything well with the gas company. I hope he can repipe my home next as I know I can trust him with my plumbing needs. Great job and looking forward to the next one!

I called on Friday evening after a high water bill and realizing our leak detector on the water meter was spinning. Scott was at our house the next morning. He diagnosed the location of our slab leak quickly, and capped that pipe only so the rest of our house still had water during repairs.

Scott and Dennis rerouted hot and cold water pipes through our kitchen cabinets. Otherwise we'd have had to dig up our kitchen and garage floors. We also had him replace our front spigot. When they were done, Scott did a walkthrough of our plumbing and fixed a clogged drain, loose tub overflow cover, and a toilet that has randomly run for years that no one seemed able to fix properly.

As other reviews say, Scott is a straight shooter. He's there to work and fix problems, so he'll ask lots of questions and give you his opinion straight with no sugar coating. He does quality, honest work for the price quoted. We were very happy with his services!

Scott came out shortly after we called him. He was very gruff and rude on the phone, but we were desperate because we thought we had a slab leak. Scott came out the next day and told us the pipe was leaking above the slab. He set up a fan and dehumidifier, which we ran for 4 days (leaky pipe was under our stairs).

The work he did for us was adequately done; however, I feel he overcharged for 2 days' work: $5400.00!

Also, we endured 2 days of Scott yelling, cursing and berating his assistant. He never even attempted to clean up his mess or put my kitchen cabinet doors back on. I texted him to tell him not to send out his drywall guy as we would use our trusted handyman. The poor drywall guy never got the message from Scott and had driven all the way from San Clemente to No. Orange County.

All in all, it was a very unpleasant and expensive experience. Be forewarned.

After reading a few good reviews and a couple bad reviews, Scott is the man for our water leak! He is a straight shooter, honest, extremely knowledgeable and hard working! Showed up on time and finished the job on time!

When my water district notified me of a small leak, I called Scott and he walked me through the process of leak detection, giving me steps that I could take to make sure it wasn't just a leaky faucet, toilet, or irrigation system. Satisfied that he wouldn't be taking my money for something I could handle myself, he scheduled a visit for early the next morning. The leak was difficult to locate, due to a number of hidden manifolds in the walls, and his crew made sure to pinpoint it before cutting into my walls to cap off the leaking pipe and install a single, new pipe run to replace the old. His crew made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way and gave me options at every point. Scott even followed up the next day to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Very professional!

Got the water bill and it had tripled and when I checked the meter, it was showing continual use. Worried about a leak, I called a few places. Made one appointment with another company but when Scott answered, he took the time to troubleshoot my issue over the phone. He could have come over and charged his fee(that everyone charges) but instead gave me a few things to check on. Turns out I had a bad toilet valve which I fixed myself. Although I did not hire Scott and his company, I felt that his customer service was worthy of a review. I would definitely use this company in the future or recommend them to a friend.
