Slab leaks plus is amazing! Last week I had to call them because there was a leak and hole in my garage ceiling . Scott and Rod came out and were prompt and polite and right away I felt comfortable. They fixed the leak and even though I hadn't scheduled it they fixed my leaking faucet and replaced it! Scott even took the time to look at the rest of the house to make sure everything was okay. I'm so grateful to have found such an amazing company like slab leaks with such awesome and friendly people. Won't use anyone else.

When you have a water leak, of any kind, you never know where it's going to take you. But after spending five minutes with Scott or Ryan, we were able to relax because they found our problem quickly. Every time! How do we know that? We've had a few leaks in the last four years and they've taken care of all of them. They are very responsive and when they arrive, they find the leak quickly. They're very thorough and knowledgeable.
We had a complete reroute done. Finished it in one day! The price was very reasonable compared to other company's. Great guys and really enjoyed their company at a time of complete chaos! My wife, Carol, and I are very happy with their service. And their clean up was amazing. We will only use Slab Leaks Plus in the future. I just hope we won't have to!!

Really don't feel good about this company. The scheduling was so messed up. On the first appointment made , when Scott called me on the way , I did not pick his call immediately as I was on the phone. I called back 2 minutes later, he said he was already on the way to the other job because I did not answer his call immediately . Then we made a new appointment in next week on the phone. On next appointment time, I came downstairs using my butt due to my ankle surgery to wait for him. He did not showed up in the time window (which was 2 hours). After two and a half hours, I called and receptionist told me there was no appointment set for me. So I made third appointment with Ryan for next few days.

About price, I called to asked price for them come out. The answer was free unless they need use their instrument to check. On the 3rd appointment, Ryan came tested water pressure, put a meter(a palm size) on the floor and unscrew the bottom cover of dishwasher. He found water was leaked out from dishwasher. He said he is not sure if the wall behind dish washer has mold but he did not bother to pull the dishwasher out to check. He might spent 15-20 minutes most. The charge was $250. I felt that was too high. But I did not want to argue and took it as a hard lesson. I was wondering what was ""free "" meaning? Who could ever get free of charge? Not recommend use this company. Suggest you ask more specific question when you ask price.

The reviews about Scott being rude are unfortunately true. Called after hours, as we noticed pools of water on the floor and baseboards buckled suddenly one evening. He asked me if I was sure it wasn't just water from the shower. I confirmed that it was not leaking from the shower. He then asked me again if I was sure, and yet one more time with ""are you positive""?? The conversation continued with this type of attitude and I really couldn't believe it. Given their name is ""Slab Leaks Plus"" AND they offer 24/7 service, you think he would be more helpful for people that may have an emergency leak situation. I'm sure people have off days, but he didn't have to pick up the phone if he wasn't in the mood to deal with customers. Don't waste your time calling this one.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I merely was asking for someone to come out for an estimate and tried to explain my situation. Scott, the owner, merely dismissed me rudely as if I was some idiot and told me he didn't want the job and to find someone else.

Don't use this company. People like this man don't deserve to receive any business from anyone. There are much better people in this world.

5stars. Scott and Rod responded fast to my leak. The arrived when the said they would and had my leak detected and fixed within 4hours. They contained and cleaned up everything. Great guys who really helped us out. I highly recommend them to anyone with a leak or for plumbing needs. They also checked out my tankless water heater. I have a 19 month old and another on the way. They made it a priority to get me up and running. Big Thanks Guys.

Just had these guys out for a slab leak and we ended up doing a repipe. They did an excellent job. After we agreed on a price there was no nickle and diming or any attempt to charge extra. They did everything they promised plus took care of some extras at no charge. They were on time every day and workrd hard until the job was done. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

These guys are top notch. I had a slab leak, which was coming from two cold water pipes and they were here same day to investigate, followed with a complete reroute of two pipes the following day. Price was reasonable for A+ quality work. Ryan is the main guy who was onsite and is awesome! Highly recommend this company!

Scott and his team snaked out the outside drains for several hours and found innovative ways to solve problems with my old drainage issues for a low cost. They also repaired an outdoor slab leak going to a sprinkler valve. That was easy for them and the detail in my concrete matches perfectly. I am very happy with the work they have done here.
