The outdoor water pipe in my backyard leaks for a long time, I searched around and also tried to fix it my self. But seems like if water pipe can't work well it will be a huge damage of the house. Fortunately I found SJ Plumbing, they are super responsive even at late night. After we schedule an appointment, they arrived a little bit early but waited for me patiently. They fix the leak efficiently and helped me check the water pipes under the foundation to make sure there isn't any damage. They're also very professional, they found the water pressure is too high just according to the sound! I'll definitely ask for more help from them in the future.

I contacted Johnny via yelp for a leaking kitchen sink faucet. It started leaking when I was out on vacation and after coming back I saw water logged under the kitchen sink area. I urgently needed help and Johnny was quick to respond. He was able to come on the same day. While I had called Johnny to get the leaking faucet replaced, Johnny also inspected the plumbing under the sink area and found that there was a slowly leaking pipe. Johnny replaced the faucet and fixed the leaking pipe. He also helped me with a leaking refrigerator water tube. He is awesome ! I was super impressed by his willingness to help his customers and go above and beyond than what is expected. I'll certainly recommend Johnny!!

Drain was clogged in kitchen and was affecting the bathroom as well as the apartment behind. Johnny picked up the phone right away even late afternoon on a Sunday. He was available to come over first thing the next morning! He made quick fix of the clog. In the process though we discovered all the drain pipes had aged and had sagged, so the house needed these drain pipes redone or we'd have a continuing problem. Johnny and team could do it right away - at a fair price for an expensive job. I wouldn't hesitate to use SJ Plumbing again.

I feel like I have to give Johnny five stars because he was so helpful and reliable. My cleaning lady noticed a leak under my sink and I was thinking that there would need to be repiped or some complicated solution. We called SJ Rooter and they were able to come out the next day and determine the water coming out was actually from the pipe being backed up and slightly loose, so he snaked the pipe and made sure the fittings were tight. And he didn't charge us at all for doing this, which was really nice. There are a lot of plumbers who would charge you their hourly rate no matter what they do or don't do so it was really nice to get this level of service. We will definitely be calling them in the future for our plumbing needs.

Johnny is awesome. We had a malfunctioning hot water heater at 6am. Contacted him by Yelp and he offered to come by the same day at 12. He offered several solutions and managed to get us back with hot water in time for evening showers. Professional all the way. We would recommend.

So this is actually my third time having Johnny fix my plumbing. I had really good experience the first 2 times at my old townhome so when I moved I kept his contact knowing that I would go back to him again. He is honestly the most patient, kind person I have met. He explains well and takes the time to make sure all questions are addressed instead of just rushing out of the door after a job. I had a possible pipe leak in the middle of the night and he was able to come and take a look within 7 hours and reassured me of everything I am concerned about or need to do in between. You can't ask for a better customer service than that. Best of luck!!!
