Johnny is awesome. I first tried calling some other Rooters that had large quantity of reviews. Each time I could tell I called into call centers. I wanted to work with a company where I'm talking directly with the technician, not any middle people. I went with SJ Rooter & Plumbing. Johnny did a full inspection for free before even giving me a quote. He identified the problem and repaired my clogged drain all the way down to the street. Amazing service.

Johnny came by to replace the main water valve which started leaking today. He wore a mask and used gloves following pandemic protocol, and was on time. Not only did he do a professional job, he cleaned up after, and made sure that the installation looked good, and that made me happy. That included cleaning up a drop of solder that dripped down the side of the pipe to make it look nice and making sure the pipe was upright and not slanted. Little things like that showed that he takes pride in his work over and above just doing his job.

I found a leak in my backyard cleanout (from the kitchen sink). So I called Johnny again. He was able to come the following day right on time. He identified several leaks and it required him to squeeze in the crawlspace under my house to repair it. He replaced section of pipe that had several small cracks due to it be old and worn out. Then he also replaced 2 hose bibs in my backyard as well all for a reasonable price.

Johnny is a great guy and really good at his job. He'll be the first person I call for any plumbing issue.

His price to replace 4 worn-out / broken parts was very reasonable. I especially appreciated how prompt, polite, and clean his work was. Johnny is the man! He is punctual, reliable and fast! He has all the professional tools needed to complete any size job. Our home had a main sewer line problem for over a month and no one could tell us an exact problem or solution. They all suggested to "dig up" to see how bad the situation was. Well, while getting an estimate, that is not something you want to fully commit. Johnny came in and put his camera to use, with his good eye he was able to spot a clean out no one else pointed out. Huge difference! As this led to the alternatives and price options without feeling like it could lead us to a miscommunication. The job was complete less than an hour later!
