John was quick to answer my call and was able to assist my emergency. I accidentally cut a pipe that still have a water source that I thought was no longer there. I freaked out and call SJ Plumbing and John answer immediately and gave me an assessment over the phone with the pictures I sent him. He came within 30 minutes and fixed my mess and made it look even better. His price is very reasonable and not over priced like other plumbing company. I was quoted 2-3 times more than what John quoted me. John and his business is very honest and professional. I am a businessman myself and I have never got such great, honest, professional service from anyone and anywhere. Other plumber would have taken advantage of my emergency situation but John did not. John is a person with integrity and honest about the work he provides. We also got to talk a little in general and I can tell he is a really nice and honest guy that lives by the golden rule. John and SJ Plumbing will be my go to for all plumbing needs for life. I will definitely recommend John and his business to all my friends and family because I know he will take good care of them like he did with me. I will never recommend anyone or any business unless I know they are nice, honest and trustworthy. If you go with SJ Plumbing, you will not regret it and knowing that you're paying a fair honest price.

John and the SJ team provided superb customer service. Water was leaking out of the side of my house, I thought it was a leaking sewer line. Ryan and Sal were onsite next day for a camera inspection and determined no leak in the sewer line, so John came out personally and determined there was a water line leak somewhere in the house. Tim and Dylan came over the next day and did a very thorough leak inspection and found the leak was in the hot water line under the concrete slab in my family room. I feared we might need to jackhammer the floor, but Tim provided 3 good alternative options, and I chose the least invasive. Tim expertly made the repair without the need for any damage to my floors or foundation. The SJ team was prompt and provided great communication. I would highly recommend.

For the record, I only write reviews when I am severely disappointed or extremely satisfied. Thankfully this review is the latter. I needed a gas valve replaced ASAP and SJ PLUMBING was able to send a technician out the same day (Friday afternoon). Tim Torrez showed up right on schedule and was able to quickly perform the work. Not only was the work done professionally, Tim was polite, efficient and even gave me a solid quote for a water heater replacement. I highly recommend SJ PLUMBING.
