Had a water leak under my house leaking into my backyard, since leaks under the house can cause serious damage to the foundation I needed this fixed ASAP. I called SJ Plumbing and even though the gentleman on the phone told me they were booked for the full week, he put me on a brief hold and found a plumber to come out to me that same day to inspect the damage. Victor and Luis were my plumbers who came out, they worked with me and my insurance to make sure that claim was fulfilled and once my insurance approved the repairs they were out again by Friday, the same week, to finish and get my leak completely fixed. Victor and Luis were professionals and even completed repairs ahead of the estimated total time of repair. The company was extremely responsive and took my issues seriously and made every effort to complete the repairs asap. I definitely recommend this company for their excellent service.

My tenant thought the shower/tub spout was leaking, and didn't realize it was a pull knob (vs a twist knob). So I called SJ Plumbing out expecting to pay a couple hundred dollars to fix an old cartridge. John went out there and confirmed that everything was fine and showed my tenant how to properly use the shower faucet.

I was expecting to (and was ready to) pay for a service call, but John and SJ Plumbing didn't charge a dime!

For reference, the last time I called a plumber, the plumber tried to nickel and dime me every chance he got!!

Back in April, SJ Plumbing came out to work on a few things on my house. First, very nice guys and they respected my home. They replaced a hot angle stop for the kitchen sink faucet/dishwasher with 2 separate shut off valves, raised the backyard hose bib & secured it to the stucco, and replaced the 3/4 male hose bib in the front yard. After years of problems with both hoses, we are finally problem free. Oh and one wooden chopstick was removed. I was asked if I wanted to keep it; very thoughtful but no thanks! So funny! The nice thing too was these guys did not smell like cigarettes and were not creepy if that helps anyone. Not super expensive but not low cost either. I was quoted $248 to replace bath/kitchen faucets and that's probably too expensive for me. But the work already done, was worth the relief! Now I can finally get a new dishwasher. Thank you SJ Plumbing!
