Everyone we have interacted with has treated us as if we are part of their family and seem truly committed to getting our various plumbing projects done well and right the first time which has not always been our experience elsewhere. Needed to upgrade shut-off valves throughout our house. We are in the back country, and it's a challenge to get service of any kind. Thankfully, Sitko was super responsive, checked and replaced all necessary valves, and did so beautifully. We have order and room under cabinets where before we had a spaghetti of plumbing lines. Joey, from Sitko, also noticed we had a gas leak at our water heater. After multiple trips & attempts at repair with newly provided parts supplied by the manufacturer, we discovered it was a defect. He was persistent and finally got the manufacturer to repair and rebuild the unit. Sitko goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Highly, highly recommend them!

I cannot speak highly enough of the plumber (Joey) that Sitko Services sent out. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, conscientious, thorough, and takes the time to explain what he is doing in normal-person language. We also had a great experience with Lisa in the office -- she was very responsive, helpful, courteous, and willing to work with our schedule. These guys are not the cheapest plumbers in town, but we would use them again just for Joey [and Lisa]. We used Sitko for both home and a rental property and were very pleased with the work that was done. It is really really hard to find a plumber this good. So on that basis alone, I give them 5 stars.

In an attempt to get a broken water pipe fixed under my house & in the crawl space, I was quoted $2300, & that it would take a week. Interesting------Another plumbing contractor fixed it in 1.5 hours & charged me under $600. You do the math---Sitko lost a really good client w/this type of business practice.

Sitko went above and beyond supporting us with ongoing mysterious house issues after we moved into a new place. From the get go they were down to earth and reasonable in their estimates, not pushy like other companies, and extremely thorough with their evaluation of the problems. Our issues ended up being more rodent damage than plumbing, but they did resolve a number of plumbing issues we happened to have, and did it well. They would even come out to do work outside the scope of plumbing such as sealing up entryways they found along the pipes, etc. Brooks and Joey were very friendly, considerate, and personable, as well as knew their stuff. Lisa was a joy to talk with on the phone and beyond available - she really makes you feel like she has all the time in the world to support you with any issues (and we had a lot of issues!). If you're looking for a solid family business with great people who genuinely want to help, definitely call up Sitko.

Joey was great to call us and go over what needed to be done and getting our verbal approval before performing the service. There are excellent warranties on the work. Pricing is very reasonable.
