In an attempt to get a broken water pipe fixed under my house & in the crawl space, I was quoted $2300, & that it would take a week. Interesting------Another plumbing contractor fixed it in 1.5 hours & charged me under $600. You do the math---Sitko lost a really good client w/this type of business practice.

Sitko went above and beyond supporting us with ongoing mysterious house issues after we moved into a new place. From the get go they were down to earth and reasonable in their estimates, not pushy like other companies, and extremely thorough with their evaluation of the problems. Our issues ended up being more rodent damage than plumbing, but they did resolve a number of plumbing issues we happened to have, and did it well. They would even come out to do work outside the scope of plumbing such as sealing up entryways they found along the pipes, etc. Brooks and Joey were very friendly, considerate, and personable, as well as knew their stuff. Lisa was a joy to talk with on the phone and beyond available - she really makes you feel like she has all the time in the world to support you with any issues (and we had a lot of issues!). If you're looking for a solid family business with great people who genuinely want to help, definitely call up Sitko.

Quick and excellent service was provided and the best customer service! Lisa took great care of us in getting our service scheduled and keeping us up to date on their ETA. Joey was great to call us and go over what needed to be done and getting our verbal approval before performing the service. There are excellent warranties on the work. Pricing is very reasonable. Sitko plumbing really were so awesome I needed a main water line repaired and also a shower fixed there was no hot water brooks and Joey came over looked at the job and within a few days Joey came and redid my shower and a couple days later brooks and Joey came back and fixed the main line I was so impressed they were so professional cleaned up any mess they answered all questions I had and Lisa was very comforting in a time when I was a mess over trying to find a plumber that knew what they were doing I will be calling sitko to have other things done in the near future you guys are the best thank you so much

My rental home had several plumbing issues including clogged toilets and a leak in the kitchen. Two plumbing companies went out to our property to fix the clogs in the toilets but couldn't figure out the issue. After searching through several reviews my husband and I came across Sitko Plumbing.

We were very apprehensive at first since other companies couldn't fix the issue. We called and spoke to Lisa about all of the issues we were experiencing. She was extremely helpful and really cared about us and our situation. This is a family owned business and this company treated us like we were part of their family.

They went absolutely above and beyond by communicating with other contractors in order work together to get the job completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

We call Sitko for all of our plumbing needs. They always do their best to fit us into their schedule especially when it's been for urgent needs.

Their prices are very reasonable and they don't charge a service fee like most companies do. If you're a military family they also offer a military discount.

Without doubt these are the folks to call. They answered right away. They had two guys out that morning. They showed me what they were doing. They talked through my options.
