Called with a plumbing emergency (well, aren't all plumbing issues emergencies?) and they sent someone out quicker than the other 2 services I called could. The plumber gave a fair estimate, didn't try to upsell me on unneeded work, and did exactly what was needed in a timely manner. This is the 2nd time I've used Simpson and they'll be my first call with any other plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommended!

The estimate is given before work is started, so there are no surprises. My 2 man crew was on time, fast and efficient. Work was flawless on installation of my bidet. These are plumbers you can trust. They were recommended to me by Repipe Specialists, and Simpsons do repiping for that company, which is an excellent contractor with a great national reputation. Just wanted to write a review to highlight the great work Simpson did for me. My home in Camas unfortunately had a leak between the street main and house main. Losing lots of water each month and bill skyrocketed. Called Simpson. First, the woman taking the initial request was great. Forgot her name, but friendly and very professional. Trent came out and did the assessment and estimate. He confirmed the problem as I did. Scheduled horizontal drilling under front yard and into basement main. Today, Kenny and coworker Jeff along with the drilling contractor Steve came out promptly as scheduled. They efficiently drilled the hole, repiped the line and resolved the issue. The job was on a fixed cost basis. Price was fair as uncertainties were unknown. Would recommend Simpson 110%. Special thanks to Kenny and Steve for great work!

We had a water leak close to the water meter. The scheduling was easy and convenient. Unfortunately, the plumber who arrived clearly struggled to identify and propose a solution for our leak. He told us that he needs to go to Home Depot to buy two different parts, but he was not sure which part he would need ( he was planning to charge us for both parts). He gave us an estimate of $525. He claimed that the justification for this high price is difficult access and complicated job. The leak was in the meter box, clearly visible with excellent access. At this point, we decided to get the second opinion. We paid a fee of $75 and we decided not to go with their service.
We had a different company come and repair the leak. The job was done in 20 minutes. They had all the necessary tools and parts. It turned out to be an easy fix and the price was $275.

While doing a remodel I ran into a plumbing issue and called around trying to find a plumbing company on short notice. I ended up calling Simpson Plumbing and they were the only ones who could get me in on short notice. They sent Kenny Heflin out who patiently worked through a difficult issue and got our kitchen water back up and running. Kenny was thoughtful and had a positive attitude while he worked through the frustrating problem. Thank you Kenny and Simpson Plumbing. I will definitely be using you again.

I discovered our STEP system wasn't working properly and the tank was quickly filling with large amounts of waste. I contacted Simpson Plumbing and they were out the next day first thing in the morning. Kenny was personable and kept us up to date on what he was finding. This ended up being an all day job for him. I know it wasn't easy as he was elbow deep in the muck. We would highly recommend these guys!

Kent made two trips to get our spare shower fixed. He did a great job by finding the problem. He was on time the first visit and early the second (having to do two trips was not his fault, by the way!) He was very kind and courteous, and let me watch out of my own curiosity ... putting up with all my questions. Calling for an appointment is easy. That they sent Kent was our bonus!
