Simpson Plumbing is made up of heroes, and we will be lifelong costumers! We are first time home owners of a beautiful, but old home in Camas. As such, a good plumbing service was needed shortly after we moved in. Through out the last few years, Simpson has been there for us every step of the way. From routine annual servicing to a whole house repipe and main water line repair, we have felt genuinely cared for by the fine folks at Simpson Plumbing. From top to bottom, this company values its costumers. They have made us feel like family during some very intimidating events, and we are so very thankful for it!

He provided a reasonable estimate, showed up on time, efficiently installed the PRV for our incoming city water system and replaced the old expansion tank for our water heater. We have been using Simpson Plumbing and they have been very good to us. When our hot water heater started leaking they came out and installed a tankless hot water heater, they also service it and do a yearly inspection of the house plumbing.

This spring we had to replace our main water line. They came out and got it done without a problem and we were up and running in no time. Cheri and Jessica in the billing department were also willing to explain the charges.

Kent showed up and was friendly, knowledgeable and did not waste time. Since we had a water damage issue, he did not wait for the Serv Pro guys to show up. He just started reviewing the situation and cut into drywall to start repairing the problem. The fee was fair and he pointed out a few other things to think about for the future. I had a great experience last time I called Simpson Plumbing with Kenny and it was no different this time with Kent.

I just used Simpson Plumbing to install a pressure line connecting my well to my new whole house well filters and a line back to the line servicing the house. It was challenging. So much sediment had built up in the copper pipes over the years of not having a filter that when we charged the system and ran the cold water we had blockage going to the kitchen. They unblocked it but the blockage returned when the system was turned back on. The second block happened just after they left after 5 hours. The sediment also caused a leak in the vinyl hose leading to the water in the fridge. When I received a follow up call the next morning I told her what had happened and they sent Kenny and Matt out in just a few hours. They spent another 4+ hours running a new dedicated line to the kitchen and replaced the line to the fridge. Kenny gave me a very fair initial bid. The sediment issues were not their fault but I still had to ask Kenny if I could pay him more. Bottom line is Simpson Plumbing will definitely be my first call with ANY plumbing problems.

Owning a house has been a challenge for many reasons, especially around knowing who you can trust to help you out and not only take your money. Simpson Plumbing proved to us that they exactly that kind of company. We had Simpson come in after we had a repiping company give us the hard sale on a a complete repipe, which we will need at some point. Simpson came in and did a complete inspection on the plumbing for our house and based on the current situation, recommended a workaround that will help us for many years to come. The repipe would have cost us $16K, but the workaround (installing a Moen Flo to help watch water usage and alert us on leaks) for less than $1,600. Not being interested in making tons of money but instead looking out for your customers made them #1 in my list.

The team came onsite to do the work and did an excellent job. They were done fast and clean and even answered other questions. Overall, they did an excellent job and I can't recommend them enough. If you need help, call Simpson plumbing. When we start doing some house upgrades, we will be calling them again. Thank you!

Wanted to provide an additional review (to acknowledge first experience wasn't a fluke). Professional, timely, courteous, informative, and TRUSTWORTHY! With so much business out there to be had and honestly, not enough contractors/service companies .. so refreshing to see someone not take advantage. This company and their service is top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone. Today, Chris Fry came out, solved our plumbing issues, was timely, very informative .. just awesome all around! Thanks Simpson Plumbing .. once again. Oh by the way, they had two plumbers out and still came out next day .. scheduled from 11-1 and showed up at 11:15.

Reliable, professional and fast. These guys do great work and they work within a timeframe that's better than expectations. With all that they really don't need to be friendly but they are. If I have an issue in Camas Vancouver area I'm calling these guys.
