Russel, Gary, and Rene were a pleasure to work with. There were very professional getting work done... no surprises... and on time. They were also willing to work with my home warranty company to get needed authorization to complete work. Overall a great experience, and now I have hot water again.

I found out about Simply Green Plumbing through Yelp after another plumbing service cancelled my appointment 5 minutes before they were supposed to show up at my house. Thank God this happened, or I would not have experienced the pleasure of the outstanding customer service Simply Plumbing provided! When I called Simply Green after my other plumber cancelled, they scheduled someone to come out within the hour. Russell arrived and to make a long story short, he fixed my kitchen plumbing issue, provided some excellent advice on plumbing maintenance and educated me on the old plumbing system in my town home. A few weeks later, I receive a Thank You card. Simply Green puts the customer first, unlike other businesses and it's rare to get a traditional Thank You card from a business these days....especially a plumbing business. I will have Simply Green on my speed dial going forward for future requests.

Rating is completely deserved.

Called for a problem toilet and occasional overflow in the washing machine drain. Brian came out the next afternoon, arriving a bit early (always better than late) and got right to work diagnosing the problem. He finished up with several options and set up time the next day to move ahead. The next day came and after a lot of work, Russell arrived and also dove in. I ended up with a working system with a lot of time spent by the team at very little expense.

I highly recommend Simply Green and will be calling them when it's time to do any updates or changes.

Great service. When I told them that I had to get to school and a 4 hour wait wouldn't work, they made some calls and were over within the hour. They were courteous, professional, and clean (wore shoe covers). Price was fair.

My home warranty company couldn't find someone to come out for an emergency main sewer line blockage issue. They told me to find someone and they'd reimburse me for the expense, less the deductible. It took them about six hours to tell me this.

Brian from Simplygreen was out in less than an hour after calling (we live in the Santa Cruz Mountains.) He diagnosed the problem in about two minutes and had it resolved in under 30. When he called the warranty company for authorization they were amazed at how reasonable the fee was.

This one's a safe bet.

5 stars is not enough! Russell is the man.

After getting a call from a tenant in our 100+ year old building in Los Gatos that the toilets were overflowing, we called an emergency plumber that spent several hours trying to clear the clog. They finally gave up and claimed it was a problem they couldn't fix. Left with a big bill and the plumbing for 3 commercial tenants still out of commission, I looked to Yelp for guidance. Looking at the detailed and glowing reviews for Simply Green Plumbing, I gave them a call at 10:45pm expecting to leave a message about an appointment the next day. Within 3 rings Russel answered and had me setup for the following Friday afternoon.

He arrived at the appointment time and quickly got to assessing the situation. After an attempt with the standard rotor rooter it became obvious something was going on. He was determined to leave me with a clear flowing line, and presented options and explained their risks to the very old pipes in the basement. Russell called his family and said he wouldn't be making it to dinner as he had to see this through. We went with his secret weapon that within a few minutes had the obstruction cleared with the sweet sound of 70'+ of backed up sewage roaring out into the main. He was then able to use his camera system to see that there were still some stubborn roots intruding, but thankfully the pipe was intact all the way to the main. He left the camera at the roots and set it to a mode that allowed him to track it from above ground. Sure enough, it was under the sidewalk just a few feet from a big old street tree. He then affixed a nasty looking cutter head to the rotor rooter that was twice as big and serrated as what the previous guys had tried. When he was done another look revealed a pipe as smooth as a baby's bottom. He was as ecstatic as I was to see the line clear and the job done right.

Throughout it all he was extremely professional, explained what he was doing, and made the costs of each procedure clear in order to get approval before proceeding. I will certainly be using his services in the future, and plan to have him replace the old line to bring it up to modern specs. I cant; recommend Russel and Simply Green Plumbing enough!

Amazing! I have always wnated to find a trustworthy, competent and honest plumber and I finally found one. Russell is personable, friendly, and very competent. Explained everything as he went about his business of fixing a clogged kitchen sink. Reworked prevous plumbing work that prevented me from previously servicing the trap myself. He was very careful while working inside our home, wearing shoe covers and placing protective material on the floor. Not only was he flexible and available on such a beautiful Sunday afternoon, he was more than fair on the cost of his service.

It's nice to know that I can toss out all the other contacts for my plumbing needs, now that I have experienced the best.

These guys are simply the best. This is the second time I've used Simply Green. First time was a great experience too. Russell came out on Sunday to look at a slow running shower drain. He wasn't able to open up the drain at that time, and went so far as to modify his tools on site to try and open it up. He wasn't able to open up the drain but explained very clearly what was happening. He said he'd be back Monday with one of his guys. I wasn't charged a penny for his time on Sunday.
They showed up on time and ended up replacing a good sized section of waste plumbing that wasn't sloped correctly, and the waste and overflow drain on my tub. The work was completed on time, and they did a great, very clean job.
When I remodel my bathroom I'll be calling Russell to do the plumbing. I built houses for ten years, but between his knowledge of all things plumbing, his outstanding work, and his great pricing, it isn't worth my time when I can work on something else and not worry about the plumbing.
I have no reason to look for a plumber again. These guys are the best!

Just simply great service. Water heat started to leak in the early morning - I did my research on line - Picked Simply Green based on Yelp reviews - by the time Russell got here (under 2 hours) I had my questions ready and he answered them all and confirmed what I had read online about my options. Truthful and straightforward. Easy decision and we had our new water heater installed in no time. Maybe a bit expensive but you get what you pay for and I will now call Simply Green for all our plumbing issues.
