I had a small leak coming in to the house somewhere between the pressure regulator and the shut-off valve. They sent a plumber out who initially said he was going to have to replace the pipe from the meter to the house because it was plastic and he was going to have to replace the shut -off valve and regulator. The cost would be $1200.00. I thought that was outrageous so then after some bargaining, the cost came down to $825.00 and then $700.00. I thought that was still to much so I called the owner. He said he would call the plumber and get back to me. He called me back and said that was the price. I called another plumber who came out within the hour. He inspected the problem and said there was no plastic pipe in the system and that the shut-off valve had a crack in it and the valve would need to be replaced. The cost would be $200.00. He fixed it in less than an hour and the problem was resolved. Simply Green said it would take 4-6 hours. I feel sorry for all the people who gave them good ratings and got ripped off and didn't even know it. I don't think they are even licensed.

I need to have my house re-piped and decided to call Simply Green based on the excellent reviews. I was told that they could send out a technician to give me a free quote, but there would be a $79 travel charge. Having the audacity to call something free that clearly is not (I don't care if you say the charge is not for the quote but the travel, it is a charge I need to pay to get the quote) and charging me to sell me a service is enough to make me not trust this company.

I can't say enough good things about Gary at Simply Green Plumbing. He is a master of his trade!

We had a complicated issue with the irrigation system at our house. The sprinklers stopped working. They weren't getting enough water pressure and our lawn was slowly dying. Our gardner wasn't sure what the problems was. The Water Company came out twice with no result. And finally Gary came and solved the problem. Watching him navigate through the property looking for clues of how the system is set up and what could possibly be the culprit was invigorating. It was like watching a detective solving a murder mystery. He finally found it buried deep inside the ground...wait, I am getting carried away with the analogy here. But seriously, he found a hidden pressure valve buried in the middle of our lawn that got erupted into small pieces. He explained how he got to the problem and estimated the probability so I felt comfortable with the repair he was about to perform. In addition to that he was very professional and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend him and the company.

Last night, we were doing laundry and the kitchen sink started backing up. Simply Green Plumbing came out first thing this morning and took care of the problem. They were on-time, knowledgeable, professional and fair. Thumbs up!

We had contacted Simply Green Plumbing due to backed up sewers. They came and cleaned a part of the system (we could not locate the main cleaner outlet). However, the problem happened again the very next day -- we called them again and after some discussions, they came back and fixed the problem right, identifying where the main cleaning opening is located. We very happy they stayed with us to fix the problem correctly.

The laborers work hard and take the time to explain what they are doing. They also clean up their mess. Whatever estimate is given, that is what Simply Green sticks by.

I had a back up at laundry sink in the garage. Russ (the owner) himself came out on a Sunday and cleared the lines. He took pictures underneath the house and suggested replacing waste system because of leaks. I am currently in the process of putting new system. I found Russ and his crew professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

This weekend, I had a plumbing emergency - broken water line spring water through a sheetrock wall. After calling five other plumbers, Russell was the first one to pick up the phone. Within the first four minutes of the phone call, Russell guided me to the location of the shutoff valve. They were out there at my house only 2 hours later and fixed the problem UNDER the price they had quoted! ... And it was a Saturday.

Adding them to my A-list of plumbers for sure.
