Pipe Doctors Plumbing is the BEST plumbing company I have ever ever hired. They were perfect! Akiva was so knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He repaired our kitchen faucet after I was told by another plumber that it needed to be replaced. It was a very expensive KWC faucet that we only had for a few years. Akiva saved the day! He was patient and went above and beyond to do the job right.

I will only hire Pipe Doctors Plumbing from now on. I never thought I would be so happy about a plumber, but I am!!

First off, Azzi is amazing! It's so refreshing to talk to someone who not only cares about the quality of his profession, but also speaks candidly about your situation and potential options. We've recently done a light reno and I've had to speak to and work with dozens of professionals ranging from flooring/carpeting, painting to handymen and general contractors. In my opinion, Azzi was among the best. He's plain spoken and doesn't try to use industry lingo to confuse and persuade you. My only regret is that due to my HOA situation, his current insurance prevents him from working on my unit. Despite this, he spent nearly an hour walking me through my options, things to watch out for, and advice on finding the right plumber. That is a testament to his nature in doing the right thing. If the insurance situation ever changes, I would hire him without a doubt.

Our tankless water heater quit - not fun unless you like cold showers.
Akiva came out the same day and found out what was wrong. He had to order parts and came back ON A SUNDAY to install the parts. Nice guy and very nice service. We are very happy and will use Pipe Doctors again when needed.

Akiva and Ozzie came to fix our broken tankless hot water heater. As it could not be repaired (over 10 years old), they replaced with a new unit at a fair price in less than 24 hours. Their workmanship is very professional and the quality of their work is outstanding. To top it off for a bonus, Akiva and Ozzie are delightful in their style and took the time to answer all my questions about the job. I highly recommend Pipe Doctors for plumbing jobs! I am so glad yelpers provided great reviews and didn't steer me wrong! My Rheem tankless water heater broke and I had a hard time finding someone who could work on it. I called Rheem and did troubleshooting over the phone since you can't find Rheem parts at any supplyhouses or retail. I still needed to find a plumber to do the install since I didn't want to risk messing with the machine. My regular plumber said he didn't work on Rheems. A bunch of plumbers listed on Rheem's site said they couldn't help me either. I spoke with Azzi and he was super helpful and gave me alot of info. I ordered the part directly from Rheem and scheduled Azzi to come the following day. Unfortunately Rheem didn't send it out as promised and I had to push the appointment back another day. Azzi was kind enough to reschedule me for the next morning. Communication is very easy breezy via text and I got an alert when he was enroute. He didn't try to upsell anything and even showed me how to do the flushings on my own. He came on time and was very patient with us asking him dumb questions about what he was doing. I recommended him to my neighbors and will continue to call on them for future maintenance and service.

The first time we called Pipe Doctors out they came and fixed several issues we had (leaking faucets, low water flow, replacement of old sink and tub fixtures and modifications to our plumbing lines as needed for the installation of a new dishwasher). Azzi provided us with a quote for all the work in advance and he and his partner, Akiva, did excellent work. Second time we called them out was to replace an old tankless Noritz water heater. Nice guys, great work, fair prices. They respond quickly to calls, follow up, arrive when they say they will and are good at explaining the issues once they have evaluated the situation. I would highly recommend them.

I was in a bind because I had no hot water and Pipe Doctors Plumbing saved my family. Within 24 hours I had hot water again because my tankless water heater needed to be descaled. On a second visit, they identified a pipe leak and fixed it. Finally on a third visit today they fixed my water heater that wasn't getting gas and therefore I didn't have hot water again.
