Azzi is a great person and a great plumber. He helped me with all the problems of my tankless water heater. He gave me many useful tips that I can use in the future. He is an honest, decent good guy who has your best interest at heart. He is not cheap, but he brings a lot of value to the table. I also highly recommend.

I found Simple Water Heater & Filtration when looking for a Navien-certified technician. SoCalGas told us our tankless water heater had a gas leak but three regular plumbers were unable to find it. Azzi located multiple leaks with ease. We opted to replace the heater but appreciated that Azzi didn't try to upsell and walked us through all our options. All in all, I can't imagine finding a more knowledgeable, ethical, and skilled technician to service our water heater.

I contacted this company for help after my water heater developed a leak. I messaged them on a Saturday afternoon, not expecting a response right away, as I assumed they were closing already for the weekend. To my pleasant surprise, Azzi actually called me that following Sunday morning to get more details. He was super nice and informative, took his time to explain to me all the possibilities and potential fixes. My water heater set up was a little complex (thanks to some whacky tenants who messed with it without my permission) so ultimately we scheduled an in-person consult to ensure we were going about the problem the right way. The consult went great - he determined the weird setup would not affect the replacement (Note - this was a green flag for me - he could have easily lied and told me the problem was more complicated just to charge me a lot more $)
He took down all necessary information and measurements to be prepared for the replacement itself. Was very transparent about any potential hiccups he may run into, etc. The replacement itself went without a hitch, and my water heater is now brand new and running great.
Azzi was super kind and informative throughout the entire process. His customer service, attention to detail, knowledge and experience are superior! I will absolutely be using him again in the future.

After checking our system and figuring out the issue, he explained everything clearly and gave us several options. He showed us what needed to be taken care of ASAP, what could be fixed down the road, and what was done improperly before, but did not really need to be fixed (more of a heads up that someone else may try to charge us for additional services). I highly recommend Pipe Doctors and Alonzo specifically! I received several other quotes, and the Pipe Doctor's prices were fair and Alonzo was thorough (and incredibly kind).

I was looking for someone who can fix a Noritz tankless water heater and found the Pipe Doctors from the Noritz website. They're very responsive, and nice to deal with. The technician was super knowledgeable and I he was quick to offer solutions that aren't the ""most expensive"" options. After the first visit, I added them to my contacts. A couple of weeks later I had a problem with a slow draining sink. Turns out there was nothing wrong so it was just a house call charge. Another plumber could have told me I needed snaking/cleaning/etc. and I would have said, sure, but it was nice to see that wasn't necessary. Two weeks later, the technician followed up to see if the drain was still functioning properly. So yes, I would whole-heartedly recommend Pipe Doctors Plumbing.
