First Class! Great response time. Trevor performed a careful assessment because he didn't want us to pay for an unnecessary expensive repair. He installed a thermal cartridge and stock valves for a fair price and then included some other minor fixes for the quoted price. He is definitely very respectful of your budget. Simpex will be one of the companies I will be reaching out to bid on repiping our house.

The repipe crew showed up on time and did a great job of repiping my house. There was a small miscommunication about the job, between the estimator and the job crew, but it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. They did a good job of protecting the house and cleaned up before leaving. Next day, the patch guy showed up on time, fixed all the repipe holes to paintable status, and cleaned up the job site perfectly. I would recommend Simpex.

I am glad that I trusted yelp reviews and I chose Simpex Repipe & Plumbing. Every one of employees I talked to were very nice and professional. Their crew tried to communicate with us so we don't have any misunderstandings and I appreciated that. After their repiping and also dry wall patching, our city inspectors came and said the crew did really a good job. Their price was very decent for their excellent service. I am very happy about their work.

I usually am not one to write reviews and I rarely ever give a 5 star rating.

Quality of Re-piping work: 4/5. From what I saw, they did a good job.

Quality of Patch work: 3/5. The patch work left lots of dust in the house, don't know why they didn't require their team to vacuum after themselves. Because their business is so brisk, they seemed to rush through and didn't take the time to do a good job with reinstalling the dryer vent duct, which resulted in a small damage that needed to be fixed later.

Value: 5/5. You get great bang for your buck b/c their price includes patching. Since they are a repipe-focused business, they can complete the repipe effort all within one day (mine included only 2 bathrooms, hot water heater & water softener install, and water main line conversion). Loss of water for only 8 hours. You can't beat that with another smaller plumbing shop.

Service: 5/5. Dante and his team treated me with respect, were very responsive to my calls and emails and nearly bent over backwards to accommodate my requests relating to the hot water heater. Long story short, my case wasn't the easiest to deal with, but Dante and the front office patiently worked with me throughout the entire process and explained everything for me to be ready for the day of repipe. The patch team made a small mistake in damaging my dryer vent duct and they came back the next day to resolve the issue late into the night, after their long day. It's hard to please every customer in this business from beginning to end, and I strongly recommend them, if not just for their excellent customer service.

A great company isn't one that doesn't make mistakes - honest mistakes can happen. I've been working with numerous workers in the past two months - various plumbers, flooring, tile, electrical, crown Moulding, cabinetry etc. Expecting a remodel to go smoothly is asking to be disappointed. Stuff happens. I'll see if I can post a picture of something they mixed up and but then fixed to my satisfaction, it's a pic of my own pressure regulator they re-installed.

A great company is one that - when a mistake is made - immediately recognizes it and then works to rectify it. No excuses, no turfing the issue to someone else. We had a hiccup or two when Simpex came to repipe my house that had 5.5 baths.

Brian Udo, the business owner, immediately got involved, met me at the house, and gave me his card and mobile phone number. His attitude was that they'll do whatever it is to fix it. They uncovered an issue - a leak - that was not related to their piping job, but they went ahead and fixed it and didn't charge me extra.

In the middle of their repipe when the pipes were in and walls were still open, I had another plumber that I've known from before swing by and take a look at their work to let me know if all was okay. He said that their work was better than his own and that he would not have been able to match their price.

Without mentioning names, I also got a bid from the Other big repiping company in Orange County. You should also get a bid from them. They were more expensive, and their Yelp reviews have a lot more negative ones.

Simpex was able to complete the job within their original estimated time frame of 3.5 days including inspection by the City.

The working is just wrapping today and I am confident that if there are any issues, Brian, Phil, Trevor, and their staff will take care if it.

We had a complete repipe done at our house by Simpex. We had had several slab leaks over the years. Repiping is a major job. Simpex crew came in one day and did the repiping. They were there at 8 am, did a great job covering everything up then opening up walls and ceiling to do the repiping job. Our water was back on around 5 and they cleaned up everything very well. Day 2 inspector came to approve. Day 3 a different crew came to patch and make everything paint ready. They covered everything very well and did a great job patching up everything. Again, they did a good cleanup.

The repiping is a major effort and there will be dust and dirt. The simpex crews were hard working and pleasant. They really knew what they were doing and were efficient. We didn't have water for about 9 hours and other than that had complete use of all facilities.

The photos below show the effort involved, but don't worry it all gets patched up very well.

Have had 2 slab leaks in my Condo in Laguna Niguel and have been lucky enough to have Trevor Mease as my plumber. Always a gentleman and does a terrific job. With COVID-19, I felt very safe. I highly recommend this company and especially Trevor. He goes above and beyond in being thoughtful of the disturbance that is created by these leaks. Definitely deserve 5 stars.

I got 3 estimates before deciding on Simpex for my repipe project. They were by far the best price with the best warranty. Fast, clean, professional. I'm glad I went with these guys. If your tired of the leaks, call Simpex. I wish I would have done it sooner.

I had a slab leak about a month ago. I called out a big plumbing company who did a great job capping off the line but they then told me it would be about a month before they could do the repipe on my house and it would take 8 days to repipe the whole house. I went to Yelp looking for a better option and I came across SIMPEX Repipe & Plumbing. Dante came out and asked a lot of questions and walked the whole house with me (while wearing a mask) and drafted a quote on the spot. The pricing was very competitive (much lower than the first quote I received) and his quote included dry wall patch work which the first quote did not include. The clincher was that he said that he would send a whole team and would finish the repipe in just 1 day instead of 8 and 1 day for dry wall. In just one day they repiped the whole house and installed a new Halo 5 filtration system and a new water heater. I was skeptical on the quality of dry wall patching but they did a fantastic job and matched the textures of the existing walls and ceiling perfectly. I was blown away by the speed and quality of the work they did. Dante and Joseph were great at communicating every step of the way. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of repiping work.
