Fast, efficient & friendly. They were able to send someone out the same day and thankfully he was able to fix my bathroom sink that wasn't draining.

They didn't charge for the assessment & while I had a tough clog that impacted both sinks in the master bathroom, the total was $175.

Disgusting, I Just called this office and they don't know nothing about my problem. When I placed the problem already on yelp. Why they are asking me million questions. Very unprofessional. There is no coordination among the person who is on yelp and their customer service. Complete waste of time

Very good all the way around, service, promptness, communication and work. Prompt response to Yelp inquiry. Prompt scheduling for both estimate and completion of work within a day. Accurate estimate and reasonable prices. Did a very good job completing the repairs/outdoor drain pipes clearing/cleaning that last plumber did not fix. Technician was nice presentable guy, and nobody tried to upsell on additional work. Very good.

I have had great experience with Simpex Repipe. I had a leaked drain issue in the garage. Quoted around with multiple plumbers and Simpex Repipe came up with the most reasonable price. Manager Joseph was very responsive and coordinated a fee onsite estimate with me in a timely fashion. The plumber Moses was on time and the work was professionally done. I would recommend using them again.

I highly recommend Simpex plumbing. I have had several plumber work at my house, but Simpex is the best.
I had a leak in a shower head, on a holiday weekend, 2 other plumbers told us we needed to wait a week for an appointment.
I called Brian and spoke to a""real person"" and she relayed my call to Brian.
Trevor came the next day, put in a new cartridge which did not fix it. He shut the water off and came back with a new part and bingo, the leak stopped!
Trevor did some other maintenance work, installing new faucets etc. Five star service, don't waster your time with other plumbers. Rates were reasonable too!

Simpex repiped my house after I had 2 leaks from my copper piping. I interviewed about 5 different companies & decided on Simpex. All the companies promise to do about the same things & cost about the same except for 1 which was a lot higher.
The repipe crew showed up around 8am & worked till about 8:30pm. They managed to finish in 1 day as promised. Everyone was professional & respectful. They also changed out several bathroom sink & shower faucets that I bought myself. Edgar was the supervisor. They even came back a few days later to finish installing the new fixtures for me since they couldn't finish on the same day. The next day, the patching crew came & also finished patching. They worked till about 7pm. Majority of the drywall patching were great. I couldn't even tell the holes were there.
I wasn't too happy with my outside wall stucco patching. My walls have some texture but there was a lot more texture on the patches than the rest of the wall--drawing attention to the patchings. I didn't realize it until after the walls were repainted.
Just be aware that even though the house was sectioned off with plastic, floors covered in plastic, there's still a lot of drywall dust all over the house. Have a cleaning crew scheduled to come in immmediately afterwards. Since the whole process was finished in only 2 days, it was quite tolerable.
