I would highly recommend Simpex for a repipe job.

Simpex provided the most inclusive quote for a repipe of our 2 story home. Other companies required me to take care of repairing the patchwork on my own or getting my own permits etc. Simpex took care of all the details except for repainting which I appreciated.

The repipe was done in a single day. I appreciate that the crew used lots of plastic to cover the floors and sealed off the work areas to keep the dust contained. The water was shut off for the whole day which was expected but a little inconvenient if you are working from home.
After the city inspection, they were out the following day to complete the patch repair. I was a little worried about fixing all the holes and matching the existing texture of the surrounding walls but they did an excellent job. Upon repainting you'd be hard pressed to even know work was done in that area.

I was very pleased with quality and timeliness of the work they did. One other point, during the quote they told me if I had any plans to change any of the faucets etc. that now would be a good time to do it. They even had options for shower fixtures if I decided to make the change. They also offered to install a new kitchen faucet at no charge if I provided one of my choice on the day of the job! I'm very glad I decided to upgrade a few of my fixtures during the repipe. It was definitely convenient! I would definitely recommend Simpex.

The crews were courteous and professional. The details of the job were explained to me and then followed to a T. There were no delays or extra costs added, and I couldn't be more pleased with how the job turned out. (I had a complete re-pipe using Pex.) The cost included repairing any wall damage caused by the re-piping, so all I have to do is paint.

Work with James from your company (whom is a great asset) gave me an estimate on replacing my old tub/shower combination. I decided on Simpex because I felt comfortable and confident in the work that James said he could do. He didn't disaappoint. He handled everything, tub pickup, removal of old shower tub, was able get everything install with very little complication. He always had a mask on tjhe whole time and cleaned up the job site when he was completely done. I will definitely use you guys again.

After deciding to do a full Repipe due to two slab leaks, I searched Yelp for a Repipe company. I received quotes from Simpex and Ameri-Cal Repipe as these were the only two companies able to provide me estimates in a timely manner on a weekend.

Although Ameri-Cal's quote was lower by $600, I decided to go with Simpex because of their ability to start the job sooner. Since both companies rate well with customers, I decided to go this route.

The estimate process and scheduling with the sales rep was smooth and he was very thorough with explaining the process and what to expect on my end. The Repipe would occur on day 1 and the patchwork, drywall, and stucco repair would occur on day 2.

Six crew members were sent for the Repipe on day 1. The crew set up protection for the floors, walls, and furniture was moved to give space to work. The house was complete chaos and there were tons of holes in the ceiling and walls. Work started at 8am and finished by 10pm. Our house has metal framing, therefore took about 4 hours longer to complete than a typical wood framed house.. but the Repipe was completed that day as promised!

The following day, four crew members showed up to do the drywall and stucco repair. They were diligent, courteous, and thorough. Work was completed by 5pm. This crew did a fantastic job with their patchwork! Once we did the painting afterwards we couldn't tell the holes were even made.

I had some minor water dripping from a wall valve, notified Simpex, and they sent a plumber the following day to repair.

The drywall crew's van accidentally broke a sprinkler pipe under the front yard grass. Called Simpex and they had another crew come out the next day to repair.

Overall excellent work and service from this company. I highly recommend them for your Repipe project!

James was very kind, helpful, and informative in helping me resolve my water heater problem! He explained the issue of my water heater, why the problems were occurring, did a safety check for a gas leak, and remained COVID safe the whole time! It was really nice that he wore slippers over his shoes as he walked through the home and taped the wheels of his hand truck to not track dirt in and out of the house (which since most of his path was carpeted, was very much appreciated)! I really appreciate being squeezed into his schedule to get my water heater replaced, and as much as I don't want to have water/plumbing issues I will gladly be calling James for my future issues. I just want to recognize the Simpex team for a great bidding process on our home. While I went with another repipe solution the bidding process was very positive. Their agent showed up on time, was very thorough in determining my needs for the job, and offered a fair price. Although they were a bit higher in price comparison, I know they would have done an outstanding job. Throughout the process Simpex was the only company to follow up with me, multiple times in fact, which no other company did. I would say their attention to the details, and communication overall, were second to none. I would not hesitate to use them in the future for my repipe needs.
