If I could give Simi Valley Emergency Plumbing 20 stars, I would. They were fast, professional, extremely knowledgeable, fairly priced and above everything else - honest. Nick arrived right on schedule and wasted no time identifying and locating the drain problem. He had everything corrected and working perfectly within an hour.

With a lot of service and contractor businesses these days, you expect to get some upcharges and doubletalk, but there was absolutely none of that with Nick. He even left us with some recommendations on what to purchase on our own and what to do to prevent future problems like this from occurring.

We had bad sewer smell in a bathroom, so we called to have a plumber come out to do a smoke test. I was quoted $850.00 for this test alone. Thinking that cost was insane, I started calling around. I was given Nick's contact by another plumber who didn't have the capability but knew Nick personally. Thank goodness! Not only was his cost for the test far more reasonable, but he became available quickly, found our issue and had it corrected the next business day. Highly recommended!
