We had bad sewer smell in a bathroom, so we called to have a plumber come out to do a smoke test. I was quoted $850.00 for this test alone. Thinking that cost was insane, I started calling around. I was given Nick's contact by another plumber who didn't have the capability but knew Nick personally. Thank goodness! I tried to DIY as best I could... downstairs toilet mostly clogged. I knew roots were the problem and invested in a 4-hour mini-rooter auger from HD. This rooter got stuck. This is when I knew I needed professional help. Called Nick and he arrived with his hydro-jet. Thing is a beast. Vaporized a 3-4 foot long hairball of roots. Just in time - as we had guests arriving that day to stay for a week. Nick is the best. Highest rating from me.

We just moved into a new condo and needed to replace the washer and dryer that were there already - for reasons - and the installers couldn't shut off the water valves forcing us to reschedule. I tried calling several plumbers and the best appointment I could get was a half a week away. Got home with my family from the beach and we're ready to get all cleaned up and get the sand off but we had a back up and none of the toilets or showers were draining. Did a google search and found Simi Valley Emergency Plumbing, gave them a call and after like 2 rings Nick picked up. Within 45 minutes he was here and cleared everything out. Picture being at home on a Saturday evening getting ready for dinner with your family when you discover a water leak from your hot water heater covering the wall of your garage. It was very unsettling, but the family and I are so fortunate we found Nick. He was at our house within 90 minutes and quickly diagnosed the issue and stopped the leak. Further, Nick was able to coordinate with the restoration service who arrived almost simultaneously to help determine how extensive the issue was and start the drying process.

It doesn't stop there. Nick was communicative and available every step of the way including temporarily relocating the water heater so we were never without hot water and getting the replacement parts needed to completely fix the issue.
