I tried to DIY as best I could... downstairs toilet mostly clogged. I knew roots were the problem and invested in a 4-hour mini-rooter auger from HD. This rooter got stuck. This is when I knew I needed professional help. Called Nick and he arrived with his hydro-jet. Thing is a beast. Vaporized a 3-4 foot long hairball of roots. Just in time - as we had guests arriving that day to stay for a week. Nick is the best. Highest rating from me.
