Two guys came over to my house to clear a kitchen drain. They didn't even bring a bucket to catch the disgusting water backed up water in my drain. They took the pipes off and let all the sewage and grease spill all over my kitchen floor for me to spend about 1.5 hours cleaning up. They get the one star for arriving pretty quick and clearing the drain, but I definitely would never use them again after the mess they made and left for me to clean

As anyone with aging parents still living independently knows, sometimes they need help. My mother called because somebody showed up at the front door telling her that she had a water leak and that her bill would be significantly higher next month. She and I were both very nervous that this was some sort of scam. I called Silverado plumbing and talked with him and discovered that indeed that does happen occasionally.
Silverado send out Tony Hall Who was very good. He helped my mother understand what was going on and was able to fix the problem quickly and economically. She was very pleased and so am I.

I had a very simple outside spigot that needed replacement. Could I have done this with a you tube video--of course-- but to be frank, I didn't want to. So very glad I called Silverado! The repair was quick, the cost was very reasonable and most importantly the technician was very professional and walked me through the entire process. Thanks to his professionalism, I now know to turn my water main off, drain my system and do this repair on my own in the future. They will now be my go-to for all plumbing issues.

Called to fix a clog and secure a less-than-ideal loose installation of a new toilet by another company. Gilbert was timely, friendly, professional, and had the right tools for the job. Their customer service is great and the price for the job is reasonable.

Great service at a great price. We are new to Tucson. I had first called one of the big companies with a lot of shiny new trucks running around town to do 2 toilet rebuilds. I own several properties and so was aware enough to recognize that their quote was astronomical. I tracked Silverado down through a referral. They were prompt and efficient and charged 1/3 the Big Guy Al quote I had. It would have been five stars but the guy left cigarette butts on the ground in the parking lot.

The sewer backed up when we got to our house after being away for awhile. We were running the washer, dishwasher, flushing toilets, etc. We heard a big bubbly noise and here came the water backing up. First, we called Old Pueblo....they are for septic. The recommended Silverado. A nice man named Gilbert came out at 6pm on a Sunday and got the line cleared. Thank you Gilbert! Unfortunately, it started backing up again the next day. Silverado came out again and a nice guy named Nick came out to snake it again. He cleared an obstruction at 100 feet. Silverado stuck with it until they got the job done. They will be the plumbing company we go to for all our emergency plumbing needs! Plus, their logo on the truck with the guy on the toilet is hilarious!

I am so happy I found Silverado Rooter & Plumbing their technician GILBERT LIZARRAGA was fantastic ?He came to my rescue within an hour of my call and fixed my problem with my refrigerator water line I had my new Refrig delivered and the water line valve was leaking and corroded it broke when they moved refrig out so here I am with a new refrig and now needing a plumber When I called they said they may be able to have someone to come out same day I was so happy? Gilbert was very professional and took care of my problem I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs and I feel Gilbert is an asset to their business

Our laundry room was flooding as I was heading out the door for a physical therapy appointment. The hose connected to the hot water was spewing water and I could not find the shut off valves. In my panic, I called Silverado and was told that a plumber would be there within a couple of hours. Because I didn't know when I would be home, I gave them the garage code and warned about watching for the pets.
The people at the company, from the dispatcher to the accounting department, went out of their way to make it work. The plumber called as I was finishing my appointment to let me know that he was on his way. In 40 years of home ownership, this is one of the top 5 service calls I've had the pleasure to receive. He found the problem, fixed it quickly, vacuumed and mopped up water and was sweet to my pets. The bill was far lower than I was expecting. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
