think twice before you call Them.
I am still trying to get resolution on work and damage done to my home back in october 2024 had plumber come out very late at night and he was in very much of rush ,about two hours said had line cleaned out but his snake was stuck and was getting very dark he would come back the next day and get it out,i told them have to work said no problem .so i said ok then next thing you know had message on my cell phone called the plumber and said they need to get into house he said it was really stuck and not sure were snake went told them there was no plumber on other side of house so told them to get key from my neighbor .then boy what surprise get home there is holes in my walls in my pantry and bedroom wall then was told my responsible for repair then saw in my wall they had torn up my HVAC VENT System of cost of $820.00 then in turn they give me bill for 1,265.77 for twelve hours of damage they did to my house so they said they would take helper off of 267.75 so know i have two bills 909.65 they want and then pay for repairs to my HVAC System and i never signed anything to this.
i am still trying to get them to pay on my repairs and pay them for there screw up.
I SAY THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU CALL THEM

The previous owner of my home had used Silverado so when I needed water heater troubleshooting I checked to see that they still had positive reviews. They did, so I called at 8 am and was given a same day 4-hour window from 10-2 (on a Monday no less). Ray called en route to let me know his ETA and was here almost at the beginning of the promised timeframe. He was incredibly efficient and got the job done fast. Great service all around.

I didn't like that the backflow inspection created a new problem and that when I asked them to come take a look at it, it was fixed without my permission and that they tried to charge me for it. In the end, I was able to get them to drop the extra charge.

First of all, I feel for me to be impressed with a service provider to give 5 stars is super rare. Working with Silverado (Don) was a great experience! We wanted to add on a bathroom and they were the only ones who were not only knowledgeable but gave us a lot of options of what we could do. We ended up connected a sewer line from another bathroom. The work they did was quality and clean. They were also super fast! They took care of everything we needed for the permit and always went the extra mile to ensure we were happy and kept the project moving along. Very impressed! I definitely found the only plumber I trust in Tucson and will use them again in the future!

I'm a renter and my management company contracts Silverado for their plumbing needs. Today Jack Manning showed up with one of the maintenance staff from the management company and located the problem pipe in the wall causing the issues

I liked that he was a funny dude who could make me smile even in an awful situation like mine with a puddle showing up in 3 different places in my house when I took a shower or ran my faucet. I'm thankful for the clear and honest communication.

Let's hope my rental house can hold up for me!
