Nate came to our home to review a water leak at the maniblock. Nate gave us a couple options. We could replace with another maniblock or replace with what I called a plumbing tree. I chose the plumbing tree. Nate and his team did a fantastic job building the tree and installing shut off valves at each fixture in the house. Best of all, no leaks. I would recommend Silverstate any time.

I KNEW my almost 30 year-old house needed a new HVAC system. I got an estimate from one well-known company, but thought the estimate way too high. I asked my neighbors for some advice - they had recently had their furnace and vents replaced. They recommended Silver State. Best homeowner advice I have ever gotten. I called Silver State to make an inspection appointment
- Matt came, inspected my HVAC system, gave an estimate that was MUCH more in line with my thinking. (I had not told him of the estimate from the other company)
- We set up a date to have the work done. Technicians Johnny and Gammy arrived with their crew as scheduled. They were polite and efficient (and funny). They were done in one day and cleaned up as thoroughly as possible.
A bit of drywall damage occurred (Matt said there might be). No worries, because...
- A few days later their drywall repair technician, Glen, arrived and repaired everything perfectly. I cannot even tell where the dings were.
- Laws require city inspection of installed of HVAC systems. Sean came to do a FaceTime inspection with the city. We passed with flying colors.

We called Silver State to fix our A/C unit about two weeks ago. It was making rattling noises and not blowing cool air out. And just our luck, our family was in town (13 of us that week) and it was the hottest week it's ever been in Las Vegas since 1961.

The Silver State A/C technician, Danny Hernandez came on time during the time-frame they promised. After some questions and checking both of my A/C units, Danny found a problem with the fan in our attic. He explained that our A/C unit and the fans in the attic are over 20years old and one of the fan's motor had broken off from its brackets and basically died on us. We needed a new fan motor and new brackets for this repair but it was already later in the day (around 5pm).

Danny explained that he would call the parts provider and hopefully get them first thing in the morning to continue with the repair.

Danny gave me a call 8am in the morning as promised to let me know that parts were available. He came to our home right after getting the parts. The repair took about a good hour in the attic. He removed the brackets and installed a new fan motor in a uncomfortably hot and tight space.

In the end, he gave me a thorough report after the repair at a great price.

I get that A/C can get pricey. But you have to give it up for these guys. This is a tremendously difficult job. So when someone is trying to do a job I'd rather not be doing at 118 degrees or even higher in our attic (no air) and still be efficient and professional about it...you better believe I'll tell someone about it. Good stuff.

Well, it's that time of year to check your HVAC system & water heater. You don't want to have a cold night sneak up on you & find out your heater isn't working or your water heater is flooding the garage.

So, we called Silver State. Marc Mattison came out first & went over the HVAC. Went into the attic, cleaned the heating unit, took pictures & replaced our filters.

The following day, Chris Robert's came out & flushed & inspected our water heater & tightened up a couple of bathroom faucets for us.

Both technicians were friendly & professional & cleaned up after the work was done. Both also made recommendations to replace our units to avoid future problems. Let's face it, they are getting older & probably need replacing. But, Christmas is right around the corner & money is always tight. But, the Mrs & I will talk it over & see if we can get it done.

Silver State has been our ""go to"" company for HVAC & plumbing repairs. We trusted them for years.

This company hires inexperienced kids that have no education. They try to sell my wife and IA new system for $15000 and told us that our system won't last and possibly my catch on fire in the middle of the night and the red truck with the red lights, come on, we got a second opinion. It was a capacitor these guys are douchebags. I'm not gonna waste my time trying to Sue. These people earn it at just. I don't want to throw that kind of money although I could. But I'm just like flabbergasted. Why they would pull that kind of stunt with me. And when I asked about pictures of my unit up. In the attic, they couldn't provide me with any. But he could waive the service fee and have somebody out the next day. Installing the system nothing but salesmans and crooks

I placed a revie here on Yelp earlier, expressing my total dissatisfaction of the drain clearing attempt by their technician. The sewer main line plugged up again in a day. I then cleaned it myself. The old addage..... if you want something done right......
Their Plumbing Supervisor, ""Elvis"", finally returned my call after I tried to reach him for over two weeks. I explained to him my dissatisfaction and the fact that his technician admittedly ran a bare snake, without any obstruction cutters through a 4"" sewer line. He seemed concerned that the job was not performed properly. He promised me that he would make it right and to give him until that same evening to email me with some form of retribution. ""Crickets""! That is all I have heard for days now!
