Very poor customer service. Repeated bookings over months for which they no-showed. Worse yet, offered excuse after excuse for failings as well as repeated ""sorry for your frustration"" type responses. One of the no-shows was for a 7 am appointment that I had to get up early and drive 40 minutes to. There is much more I can say about the booking, confirmation, and communication processes with this outfit but suffice it to say you should stay clear away from Sila HVAC. I certainly will in future. Thrice bitten, once shy. Zero stars if I could. Found another company which was light years better.

Our water heater o went bad and flooded our laundry room so we had to turn off the ( great on a 98 degree day) we called another company who said they would try to be out by the day We called Sila and the tech was at our house within 2 hours and did a phenomenal job works and looks great and very professional

I fell for the $89 service and on the first hot day water collected at the bottom of the central AC unit in the basement and it stopped working. When I called they were going to charge for a visit and I had to wait the next day for management to talk to them. We agreed I'd get the first appointment after the weekend. I just got a call before the appointment that I have to get bumped to a later time (sometime from 10-2). They broke their promise and the $89 service didn't do anything. They make promises they can't keep and provide scam services that clearly didn't do anything. I ended up cancelling the callback and instead opted to pay a company I have used and trusted in the past. What a joke.

I shamefully write this review because I fell prey to this company's business model. Willingly, I paid $1500 to have a simple external spigot installed on the outside of my home. It was approximately 5 ft and took less than 1 hour to install. It's scary to think that $1500 is what it costs to get an exterior spigot installed. AITA?

Saw their $89 AC tune up ad everywhere. So I fell for it. Scheduled in April for May service. When the day comes they called saying the weather isn't hot enough to do check. Ok rescheduled to June. Today it's 90F. they called again and saying technician is sick. I am sure you are getting so much business thanks to your commercials so you don't cared about customers. Or you are just a total scam.

Quick and efficient service. They replaced an old water heater with a larger one. It was a beautiful job with all new brass fittings. They work very hard for one whole day and I was very happy with the work. Thank you for your quick response and fast service. Much appreciated Dan and Yang.

Went online to book appt, my AC was blowing hot air. Although online, still had to call, and they gave me the 8am-5pm window of time. Showed up, super nice, $22K for new compressor, blower, and fix a boiler that Atlantic HVAC messed up. Tested it, they said all good, and they left. Uhm. It didn't work. So they sent Vinnie down (awesome, so smart, so good) and he made it work, but trade off being no heat or hot water (both of which I had before). And someone would get in touch right away. 2 days later, they call to set up a service call. I ask about the fix; they say the earliest they can come is next week... for something they did not do correctly, also: no heat or hot water. They finally agree to send someone ASAP (Jason, solid dude), and he fixed things up. All in all... not what I would expect from a high-profile, high-end service for a job this size.
