When all your toilets and sinks won't drain, you have a very ""crappy"" problem that just shut down your house. Ed from Signature Plumbing arrived very quickly. The work he did was very professional and quickly resolved the problem - which required boring though a tree root issue. His attitude was outstanding. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. About 8 years ago we had an issue with our tankless water heater. I called Jim at Signature and he came out and repaired it. A little while later it finally quit, my first call was to Jim and he installed a new one. This weekend we had a leak in our bathtub upstairs that leaked into the ceiling. Ed came out on Monday identified the problem quickly and fixed the problem. In all instances the job was done quick, clean, and courteous, true to their motto. It was good to see nothing has changed over the years. Thanks again for the exceptional service.

I was getting ready to leave town when my tenant reported a clogged kitchen sink/garbage disposal wasn't working. Normally this is something I could've dealt with myself but I didn't want the tenant to have to wait for my return. I was referred to this company by a friend/property manager whom I consider very reliable. Eric recommended replacing the disposal entirely because it was leaking which was the cause for the disposal not working. What?!
Again, I was leaving town for a week and agreed to have the disposal replaced for $300.

Here's why I'm not 100% thrilled with the service:
-per tenant, appt was set for 12-2pm but the installer showed up an hr early, then installer was about to leave because he couldn't reach me by phone.

-the job was completed on a Thursday but I didn't receive an invoice till the following week, upon request

-the invoice didn't itemize parts & labor. The disposal runs about $100 , so I paid $200 for labor?!

-they advised they don't itemize and charge for the whole job. According to the property manager who referred me, she's not seen that before (not itemized) I've never paid for a disposal installation before, so is this common?

-when I asked for the warrenty info, Jessica advised via email that the installer probably left it with the tenant (nope) and Jim was so kind to mail it to me.

All the staff that I spoke to were all VERY friendly and professional, but I still feel ripped off because of the price. If I had known upfront I was paying that much for labor, I would've handled it myself. Lesson learned.

We had gotten a bid from plumbers we had used before, I decided to give Signature a try. Signature came in hundreds of dollars under the other company, and did first rate work. Ed was the plumber and he is awesome!

After hiring random plumbers who tried to rip me off, Signature Plumbing was recommended by a property manager I know who is as honest as the day is long. I've had them to my home three times over the years and they are always honest and fair. They provide courteous and timely service. On one occasion they brought in another specialist company to determine if I needed to replace a main sewer line and concluded that I did not. I highly recommend the owner Jim and Eric, who has done most the work for us.

My 91 year old mother had water leaking from the ceiling on Saturday. I called Signature Plumbing and they sent out Stephen. He was efficient, knowledgable and determined the problem in minutes. I also had him fix the leaking under the kitchen sink which had caused much damage and dry rot. The price was fair. I will have him come back and chip away at a few other projects as funds permit. Over all I was very happy with their work.

Contracted Signature for a repipe of a small house. Price was good, not the lowest, but they came out for the estimate when promised and Yelp reviews were good. Plumber Ed is personable and seems experienced, but the apprentice removing the old pipe lacked skill and should not have been left unsupervised for 2 1/2 hours.
The new underhouse piping looks fair, but the piping into the walls was totally unacceptable. Pipes left unsecured, or twisted over at ridiculous angles just to anchor to 'something'. I spent a whole day correcting the bad finish work, made more difficult by the lack of planning that went into the installation. Sad, as the original pipework was well secured before it was removed. Thank God I didn't contract through them to have the drywall patched!
Owner seemed concerned when I contacted him, suggested that he might compensate me somehow for my time spent, but just blew it off when it was time for the bill.
Probably OK to use for basic stuff, but anything requiring any craftsmanship, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

We had a problem with our water heater on Sunday. I called Signature Plumbing first thing Monday morning and Jim was kind enough to fit my service in between two other appointments. Ed came out and fixed the problem in 10 minutes! I'm impressed and very appreciative of their excellent customer service and expertise. I highly recommend this company!
