Gas water heater was leaking. Another plumber recommended Signature Plumbing because he could not make it out to fix the water heater for a few days. Called Signature, talked to Jim the owner. Ed came out to diagnose the problem and needed to replaced the 12 year old heater ... Ed was professional, courteous, friendly, showed up quickly and on time, got the job done next business day with a better quality water heater. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I called Signature since I had used them before, in the morning about a clogged sink. They were honest with me and said it was a very booked day since it was a Saturday and I might want to try someone else. After calling around and getting nowhere except an over priced bid from Roto Rooter I decided to wait till Monday. Then later in the afternoon I get a call from Ed at Signature following up and asking if I got my problem fixed and saying he had time if I needed it. He came right away cleared it quickly and the price was more than fair. AMAZING! I am a Signature customer for ever. Honest, professional and quick!!

Had a back up in my mother in laws mobile home. Called Signature and they sent out a plumber same day and was able to fix the problem for a reasonable fee. I called 4 others and none were able to come out same day. One referred me to signature. I'm glad they did.

All the people that have worked on my plumbing issues have been great, from Pam doing the scheduling to the guys who did the work, Mike and Christian, on the last call. Signature installed PEX plumbing lines, added compression tanks, and fixed other issues over the years on my older duplex in Auburn. They are always quick to return calls, will schedule someone to come out quickly, and always do excellent work. They have never suggested unnecessary fixes or costs. Their price quotes are very reasonable. I recently called them regarding multiple plumbing issues discovered during a home inspection. They offered me a reasonable quote, showed up on time the day of repairs, and completed the various projects quickly, thoroughly and cleanly. The plumber assigned to my job was friendly and helpful. I've tried other plumbers in the area but now I only use these guys. I highly recommend.

Great experience today with Signature Plumbing. Called them earlier this week to fix a problem a different plumber created with my gas fire pit. Talked to Jim, very pleasant, who put me on the schedule for Friday morning. Got a call from the office Friday morning indicating Ed was on his way. Ed was super pleasant and was quick to diagnose & fix the problem.

I fully recommend these folks if you have a plumbing issue.
