I had a warranty issue in my home that required a plumber. My neighbor gave me Signature Plumbing's number. She said they opened at 8am. I called at 7:30 being anxious. Jim called me back at 7:45. Erik was at my house at 9:45. I have been very impressed by the level of professionalism and willingness to take care of other plumbing needs that other plumbers fixed, but DIDN'T.
I pray, I won't need to call them anytime soon, but will definitely recommend them.

I'm updating this review to 3 stars. Jim, the owner, did contact me after seeing my review and refunded a significant portion of the charges. I'm still not happy with the event, but commend Jim on his integrity and follow through.

So disappointed. We were referred to Signature Plumbing by a friend. I'm sure Jim, the owner, is a nice guy. However, Stephen, the young plumber, is not. $79/hr to just come out, but $149/hr if they do any work. Find that a bit misleading. Nearly $500 to fix a shower head. Had to make two trips to the store since he didn't have the parts on his truck. So, we were changed for two trips. And the shower head still leaks. He had the nerve to say it would be $89 to change a leaking sink faucet now, but if he came out again it would be $149+. After shelling out over $450, wasn't about to give him another $90. Owner was nice enough to call to see how it went. However, when I voiced my concern, he never called back. Does anyone know of a good plumber? Is that an oxymoron? Should have read the negative reviews. Yelpers, please be honest. I'll 2nd William E's review.

I was referred by Linck's Plumbing. Erik showed up to my home on time, on a Saturday - late afternoon/early evening. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me what the charge would be up front and the price was very fair. He got my main sewer line unclogged very quickly. I was very happy with his work and will call him back again for any other plumbing needs. I will also refer this company to any of my friends and colleagues that are in need of a plumber.

I was extremely pleased with their service as well as their integrity and honesty. We originally needed a leak detection service to assist but they were unable to detect the leak and Jim personally got us a refund for the service. It was the fact that Jim didn't have to do that, nor was it even mentioned. He went above his job and did it on his own which demonstrates that he truly looks out for his customers needs and protects their best interest.. Jim even assisted me with a minor issue in the home that needed attention in addition after they concluded their job. I would highly recommend them. It is hard to find good service out there and trust that you are not getting taken advantage of. Very pleased.

Jim was recommended by Links Plumbing. I called Jim and he walked me through the steps he would take in order to repair a concrete slab water leak. It was comforting to hear the process and that he does this all the time.
He arranged Bullseye plumbing to come out to locate the leak.... They also did an awesome job! Then Jim had one of his plumbers (Steve) come out and perform the repair.... Steve was great! Professional, Punctual and hardworking.....
He pulled the carpet, padding and started to jackhammer into the slab..
He located the leak and cut out a section of pipe.... He soldered a new section and pressure tested it.....
Refilled the gravel and dirt and even poured new concrete!!! At the end you can't even tell that such a repair ever took place!
The price was great for this type of work, and I'm very happy with the whole experience!! Thanks Jim

I am so happy with the promptness and the service that I received today. Our shower was leaking into the wall. All fixed, cost given upfront was fair and all was explained to me in a simple way...even though I know nothing about plumbing:) Thank you to Links Plumbing for the referral since they don't service where I live. Masterbath toilet leaking, and I have out-of-town company on their way! It's also holiday season!! Within hours, Signature Plumbing came to my rescue, and I mean just that!! Jim Davies owner sent his technician Stephen. He was very polite, clean, neat AND VERY CAREFUL of my white carpet and tile. Everything done to perfection! Also, gave me a senior discount and left a gift of a miniature but very powerful flashlight! Thank you for a job well done!
