I had a leak in the shower which caused a great deal of damage to the drywall behind the shower wall. The insurance company wanted a plumber to come out before they sent an adjuster. I called Jim, they came out, did a great job, Erik was nice and called ahead to give me a heads up. Did everything I needed and I will be having them come back to do any other work I have coming down the pike.

We had Erik here to replace kitchen line under house and service as well as replace fittings and hoses on tankless water heater. Erik was prompt, courteous, clean and professional and did great work. He also made minor adjustment to two sinks without additional charge. He patiently answered all of my questions and gave us a fair price. I hope I don't need a plumber any time soon, but if I do I know who to call.

We had a Rinnai tankless water heater installed by a local licensed plumber. He did a good job installing it, but didn't understand the technology of the new tankless heater. So there were a few things that didn't work right. I called Signature Plumber, who are authorized Rinnai service providers, and they came out the next day and fixed it within minutes. They checked out the rest of the install and gave it a thumbs ups. They were prompt and professional. I'd use them again.

We had an unexpected leak from the attic. I called Signature Plumbing and spoke with owner Jim Davies, who asked some questions (I'd already shut off the water main into the house) and arranged for a Signature plumber for 1:00 PM Monday.

I was texted to confirm, Eric called me at noon to confirm 1:00 PM, and he showed at 1:05. Erik was courteous, told me the cost of a diagnosis up front, used shoe covers to prevent any marks to our flooring, searched in the attic, and identified the leak source (the air conditioning condensate hoses were plugged up, the backup condensate collection pan was overflowing).

Erik gave me a thorough report, gave me a referral for the remediation I'll have to do after the air con people take care of clearing the lines (I shut the air con down to prevent further condensation) and helped me with another small job that needed doing before he left (at no extra cost).

No upsells, no games, honest and responsive. I'll call Jim Davies any time I need a plumber, that's for sure. And he has a Sterling employee in Erik to boot.

I would not use Signature plumbing. They parked across my driveway, blocking my way out, while working on my neighbor plumbing. If they don't have respect of the law. How can I trust them to do a good job..

I had a warranty issue in my home that required a plumber. My neighbor gave me Signature Plumbing's number. She said they opened at 8am. I called at 7:30 being anxious. Jim called me back at 7:45. Erik was at my house at 9:45. I have been very impressed by the level of professionalism and willingness to take care of other plumbing needs that other plumbers fixed, but DIDN'T.
I pray, I won't need to call them anytime soon, but will definitely recommend them.

I'm updating this review to 3 stars. Jim, the owner, did contact me after seeing my review and refunded a significant portion of the charges. I'm still not happy with the event, but commend Jim on his integrity and follow through.

So disappointed. We were referred to Signature Plumbing by a friend. I'm sure Jim, the owner, is a nice guy. However, Stephen, the young plumber, is not. $79/hr to just come out, but $149/hr if they do any work. Find that a bit misleading. Nearly $500 to fix a shower head. Had to make two trips to the store since he didn't have the parts on his truck. So, we were changed for two trips. And the shower head still leaks. He had the nerve to say it would be $89 to change a leaking sink faucet now, but if he came out again it would be $149+. After shelling out over $450, wasn't about to give him another $90. Owner was nice enough to call to see how it went. However, when I voiced my concern, he never called back. Does anyone know of a good plumber? Is that an oxymoron? Should have read the negative reviews. Yelpers, please be honest. I'll 2nd William E's review.
