Great experience today with Signature Plumbing. Called them earlier this week to fix a problem a different plumber created with my gas fire pit. Talked to Jim, very pleasant, who put me on the schedule for Friday morning. Got a call from the office Friday morning indicating Ed was on his way. Ed was super pleasant and was quick to diagnose & fix the problem.

I fully recommend these folks if you have a plumbing issue.

We'll toast Ed and Signature Plumbing tonight as we sit around our now functional fire pit.

Signature plumbing did a great job on my pool Fill line . They were supper responsive to come out right away to assess the issue

I reduced a star because I had to call for a status after not hearing for a week on an ordered part. At that point it seemed like the part was not ordered.

But they were out in a couple of days to finish the job

The staff was kind and work neatly done. I will use them again when needed

Recently moved to Citrus Heights and my former plumbing person (Dave from Auburn Plumbing) doesn't service this area... He recommended Signature to me... not only did they arrive on time, did a fabulous job in restoring my hot water, but I received a thank you note from Jim Davis (the owner)..Having been in sales for most of my adult life, the idea of a thank you note for choosing a vendor really goes a long way.
5 Stars really isn't enough.

Called them when I had a leak in my tub. After they left they claimed they fixed it. My landlord was paying and the tech was hiding the bill. After they left it was not fixed called him out again same tech charged us again for fixing it a second time and to this day the problem is not fixed. My tub stopper would stay up after a shower and he supposedly changed that out and fixed but it still does the same thing as well. I will never use them again.

Jim talked me through how to fix my tankless water heater just now over the phone. And it's a Saturday!! He didn't even charge me for his time even though I asked if I could. Super professional, kind, and patient over the phone as I did what he asked. Got me and the kids out of taking cold showers for a few days until the ""other guys"" could get to me. I see that my good friend also used him and said the same wonderful things. No doubt in my mind that Jim will be my go to for anything in the future!! Thanks again. And my kids do too!!
