Jim was recommended by Links Plumbing. I called Jim and he walked me through the steps he would take in order to repair a concrete slab water leak. It was comforting to hear the process and that he does this all the time.
He arranged Bullseye plumbing to come out to locate the leak.... They also did an awesome job! Then Jim had one of his plumbers (Steve) come out and perform the repair.... Steve was great! Professional, Punctual and hardworking.....
He pulled the carpet, padding and started to jackhammer into the slab..
He located the leak and cut out a section of pipe.... He soldered a new section and pressure tested it.....
Refilled the gravel and dirt and even poured new concrete!!! At the end you can't even tell that such a repair ever took place!
The price was great for this type of work, and I'm very happy with the whole experience!! Thanks Jim

I am so happy with the promptness and the service that I received today. Our shower was leaking into the wall. Masterbath toilet leaking, and I have out-of-town company on their way! It's also holiday season!! Within hours, Signature Plumbing came to my rescue, and I mean just that!! Jim Davies owner sent his technician Stephen. He was very polite, clean, neat AND VERY CAREFUL of my white carpet and tile. Everything done to perfection! Also, gave me a senior discount and left a gift of a miniature but very powerful flashlight! Thank you for a job well done!

Jim Davies at Signature Plumbing did a terrific job in isolating an issue with my new water heater. A friend had installed it for me and it just never gave very hot water, which made for AWFUL showers on these cold mornings!
Jim troubleshot the problem in a very methodical and professional manner--quickly ruling out any issues with the installation. He was honestly complimentary about that which set my mind at ease and also showed me he is a true professional who was there to do a job and not to knock someone else's work.
Jim isolated the issue and now we have hot water...and much happier mornings!

$179. for cleaning the burner area under a 50 gallon hot water heater, replacing a small $20. part at the thermocoupler, and drain the tank for sediment is expensive for about an hour's work.

Signature did come out the same day as promised and quoted the $179. price before coming out. No hidden extra charges.

The work done was took about an hour and I had hot water again withing another hour.

I am sure there are other plumbing contractors who do not charge as much, but I have did not have time to shop.

When I need a hot shower I cannot wait all day for a plumber. Can you?

We contacted Signature Plumbing yesterday to get an estimate for some shotty work that the previous home owner did on our backyard hose spigot and bibb. Jim picked up the call and took my info down to call me back because he was currently with another customer. He called me back within an hour or so to discuss our issue and then he scheduled Don to come out the next morning. The window for the appointment was from 8 to 8:30 AM today. Don showed up at 7:59 AM, gave me the estimate, and was done with cleaning up the hose spigot & bibb by 9:15 AM. Very reasonable in price and absolutely a joy to work with Signature Plumbing. We will definitely use them again!

Yesterday, the water out of the bath tub faucet would not stop dripping when I turned it off. After reading reviews here, I called and spoke with Jim. He walked me through the issue over the phone, diagnosed the problem as a cartridge problem, had me text him a picture of the faucet so he could show up with the correct part. How cool is that?! Don was the plumber who fixed the leak this morning. Professional, intelligent, even wore covers on his shoes to be respectful of our home. Also checked the water heater and adjusted the flapper on our problem toilet as part of the one visit charge. Thank you.

My main plumbing system in the house was backed up, bathtubs and shower started filling up with water. I called and talked to Greg. He was very friendly and had someone at my house within with in an hour. The problem was fixed right away! Id definitely call them again!

Interesting I called to discuss a leak I had, Jim took the info and I called again that evening and he said he would check on the part from the wholesaler and call me back to set an appointment. That was 2 weeks ago I guess he's not calling back, would have been nice if he would have just said job is to small and doesn't want to do it and not be a flake. I'm glad everyone has been serviced Well I though won't use him or recommend his service ever.

Had to replace my bathroom sink faucet. Jim kindly did some research on the components on his own and was the only one out of all all the other plumbers i contacted to follow up with me. This sealed the deal for me, so we scheduled the appt for Saturday AM and Don met me promptly at the allotted time. He was very courteous and affable as well as very willing to walk me through exactly what he was doing so I could learn and pick up a few tips as a homeowner.
