First found Reliable on Yelp. I must concur with the other reviews--they came quickly, were polite and thorough, reasonable cost. Jerome was our service tech--he did a complete job of figuring out why one room was too hot and the other too cool. He also rewired the thermostat and made it work. We're calling him back to complete the work agreed before. Altogether an experience which was 100% satisfactory.

Horrible costumer service they close the store 20 minutes before they supposed to the guy was at the door and completely ignored me and push me away when I tried to talk to him to ask a what time they where going to open tomorrow

went into Juan Tabo store to get a circuit breaker and was told by the employee they are not electricians. they had to come from smoking outside to come in. they were so disinterested in giving any kind of help what so ever.

I recently moved to Albuquerque,
I went in, and the owner or manager gave me a dirty look when I asked the clerks, a male and an old female. They acted uninterested.
I asked about a particular plumbing pipe, and they told me I could look for it without even saying where.
I asked if I had done something wrong and the manager came towards me with a furious look and said that I could go else where I didn't like it.
Being a black man, I knew they were just not happy that I was in their store.
This store is very racist!!!!

First I'm leaving a review for the Samon's on Menual,over the years. I enjoyed the fact that you were directed to the counter and the gentlemen would assist you in finding the correct part and if you knew what you needed you could find it yourself.
The assistant manager was helpful, however I purchased the wrong toilet flapper twice.on my third return of course I needed the assistance, there were two young men behind the counter, one was talking to a customer on the phone and the other was on his phone either browsing the internet or playing a game. I approached him and asked him if he could help me, first off he gave me a dirty look,like you are interrupting me, my response was what?? ""What's the problem? I came in twice today and was treated professionally "" his response was "" I'm not a professional haven't you heard of help yourself?"" Never in the decades I've been to Samon's have I ever been treated in this manner! I told him""if you were my employee I would fire your a$$"" I don't know what make this guy so special because on my third return for a refund he was still employed, not only that my refund was not done correctly by him I had to argue with the manager and assistant manager that I was due a $14.00 dollar refund since there ""star employee "" processed the ticket wrong. I can understand that everyone has a bad day at work however he DIDN'T even try. If this is the future we are doomed!!'

The most reliable place in town if you are looking for equipment and supplies. Better than Home Depot, Harbor Freight, etc. Ask for Rudy G., he is awesome and very knowledgeable in helping you find the equipment you need to get the job done. Moving forward, I will go to Samon's when in town to purchase project supplies. Excellent customer service.

Organized, clean, helpful and friendly environment. When my husband, uncle and I walked in Saturday morning around 9:45 there were plenty of friendly associates ready to offer their help. I really had a good experience at this Samon's!

I've been going to this location of Samon's for years now, and I am always impressed by their willingness to help me find supplies that I need. I have never had to wander the store trying to find anything; someone comes up to me immediately every time I walk in and gladly leads me directly to the part. We get our swamp cooler pads, lines, etc. from them every year as well as sprinkler parts, plumbing repair parts, etc. If you're looking to get out of the maze of a big-box supply store, this is the place to go!

Love this Samon's! I have gone there for electrical, plumbing, drip system, and swamp cooler supplies, and I have consistently had a great experience. Recently, my partner and I were making some furniture using galvanized pipes, and Matthew was particularly helpful. He ordered extra supplies from the warehouse for us, and he personally cut and threaded our pipes, double-checking to make sure the lengths were perfect. They were. He did excellent work, and was very helpful to us in the process. Quality products, reasonable prices and fantastic customer service make this my go-to store for plumbing and electrical.
