Didn't fix the issue not coming back for over a week. It's a safety issue and they told my wife they fixed it. Have a child fighting cancer now a week without hot water. Refused to wear masked and my kid is sick now. We have not been exposed to anyone else. Hoping to avoid a holiday hospitalization.

1st job they did was wrong and I didn't know until another plumber saw it. I STILL called to hire them for a 2nd job today and they wanted to charge me MORE than DOUBLE what 2 other plumbers quoted me for a 5 minute job that the worker ROY admitted was a simple 5 minute job. He said cause of what's going on that's why and i said the other 2 plumbers aren't taking advantage like u are and he said it's not him, that's the price. MIND U, he didn't bother to fix what the 1st worker in his company screwed up. He laughed a lot about the situation. Their slogan says they drain ur pipes and NOT ur wallet. SO charging MORE than DOUBLE for a 5 minute job installing a stand up pedestal sink is not trying to drain my wallet? If u hire them and they do the same to u, u deserve what u get for not heeding my warning. NO integrity. He should have at least fixed what the other guy didn't do right but he was wanting to get out of here QUICK.

Installed new water heater through AHS. Tech burnt up my 220 line and damaged the new water heater by attempting to hook electric up, even though it kept tripping the fuse. Had to pay a independent electrical contractor, not associated with AHS(due to the fact that the only one they(AHS) have is even more incompetent from personal experience!)to run a new line!! So grand total for this fiasco $838 + $100(AHS service fee). What's the point of having a home warranty? Thanks Sigmond Plumbing for making a simple job costly due to incompetency!

Two visits to my house one to replace a garbage disposal and one to install a tankless hot water heater. Great customer service, reliable and fast. Highly recommend this business they send you a text link to find out where your installer is and what time they will arrive at your house. Pros.

Worst company ever! They are trained to make it seem as though you need extra parts or repairs. They say that it's code requiring this of them but when confronted with where exactly it states that its code, they come up with another excuse or say its company policy. Well, I am the customer and I don't want to pay $550 for unnecessary extras just because you all are trying to make an extra buck for your pocket. There are hundreds of better companies out there, go anywhere else! These guys are liars and scammers.

BEWARE IF YOU ARE USING THEM THROUGH AMERICAN HOME SHIELD!! Check their reports on the Better Business Bureau. This company is fraudulent and knows how to work the system. Make sure you contact American Home Shield if they have you make any payments on the side as this is ILLEGAL! If they tell you something that is covered in your contract isn't call American Home Shield and confirm as they will mark it as you tampered with it so it's not covered and make you pay on the side. They forced me to pay by refusing to leave my house. These good reviews have to be fraudulent too - they had to have incentivized their friends to make them. UPDATE: After reaching out they have blocked my number.

American Home Shield uses Sigmond to replace my leaky hot water tank; arrived on time and did a nice job. Code required adding an expansion tank and other mods not covered under home warranty thus the added expense. Hope I'm set for awhile!

American Home Shield assigned Sigmond Plumbing to our plumbing service request- roots growing into toilet drain line. Memphis and Mike came out, and did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing the problem. They were careful (still can't believe they were able to prevent breaking a tile), professional, and did the job RIGHT for an amazing price (AHS didn't cover the repair, of course). I now have a go-to plumber in the Tampa area, and highly recommend their company.
