Worst company ever! They are trained to make it seem as though you need extra parts or repairs. They say that it's code requiring this of them but when confronted with where exactly it states that its code, they come up with another excuse or say its company policy. Well, I am the customer and I don't want to pay $550 for unnecessary extras just because you all are trying to make an extra buck for your pocket. There are hundreds of better companies out there, go anywhere else! These guys are liars and scammers.

AHS approved new water heater but modifications (my resposability) for the new ones' estimate would have been double of the water heaters' price. Old busted up water heater was manufactured in 2017, installed in 2018.

Sigmond Plumbing was efficient and completed four minor plumbing repairs in one visit. They took just about an hour to complete the work. Very happy with their response time, the price, efficiency, and their professionalism. Thank you very much!

I had some water Pressure problems Cody the plumber came out, he was ON time , professional and friendly and Most importantly got the job done right and for the price he quoted me. I would definetly use this company again and again and again , if I should need them.

Roy was the technician who came & he very quickly resolved the issues with my garbage disposal & clogged drain from my dishwasher w/no mess. He was very professional & efficient.

horrible company with bad attitudes when they screw up. we had our house repiped, and the techs forgot to hook up the shower in the guest bathroom, and when called out on it, they were obnoxious and denied it, even though I have video evidence. And not only that I called them again (shame on me) for a leaky faucet, and a leaky toilet, they had the nerve to come in and tell me nothing was leaking, and I have video evidence of that too. I do not recommend this company at all..

This company was scheduled to come out to my house through my home warranty company. They called and set an appointment time with a four hour window of 12 PM to 4 PM. I took off four hours of work and they were a no call no show. I contacted their office and they advised they would give me an ETA shortly. 30 minutes later no call back. I called back, no answer and canceled them through their voicemail. If you use this company I hope you have better luck than I did.

I this company out on Fri to repair a leak in my water line going to my ice/ water dispenser. Roy and his partner were very efficient and worked in a timely manner. They explained every 5hing that was wrong and what needed to be repaired. I would highly recommend this company, over anybody. They were very prompt in their service. I give them a 10 star review.
