I already called two other plumbing companies with regard to my drain clog issues. Both recommended pipe burst with fiber lining in some portions (100 ft of plumbing work). In other words, a very pricey plumbing job. Greg stopped by and gave a none BS assessment. I just saved myself thousands by giving these guys a call, and now have a solution to fix it that makes sense! Judging by the truck he has, these guys are doing very well by being honest with their customers. That's the way to go!

Didn't catch the young lady's name on the phone, but thank you for pointing out were I could get valve control unit locally. Was able to get the unit up and running with the replacement parts. Will definitely keep you guys in mind the next time i have plumbing need!

I found them on Yelp, called them up and the receptionist was immediately responsive and though all their plumbers were already on calls, she made sure to help me as I was in an emergency. My water heater was severely leaking from the plumbing end (if it's a specific water heater problem, then you have to go through the manufacturer first) and I'm waiting for them to come. Jeff came in less than an hour and fixed the leak. He and walked me through the problem was incredibly thorough. Talk about amazing service.

Before I moved into my place my inspector gave me a list of items to be repaired. I was quoted nearly $400 by another company listed on yelp. I scheduled an estimate with Sierra Pacific Plumbing. Greg came out for the the estimate and took the time to explain each tasks. His quoted estimate was 1-2 hours of work which would be almost of quarter of what that other company asked for. The next week I believe his son came out and performed all the tasks. Very happy with their work and honesty.
A few months later I was getting a brand new washer/dryer installed. I was not sure if Best Buy would able to install the unit properly so Greg offered to help with the install just in case. I really appreciated that he took the time to come out on a weekend. They are my go to plumbers.

I received a recommendation for Sierra Pacific from my electrician (Vega Electric) whom I really trust. They were very professional and speedy with the job. Our traditional tank water heater busted and we had no hot water. They were able to squeeze in an install just two days later of a tankless system. There is a wrong way and a right way to do tankless installs and this company does it the right way. We have horrible water pressure from the city and because of where the tankless was installed we not only have fast hot water but it helped with the bad pressure to our fixtures too. Nice bonus!

The company has since helped us with another issue when our kitchen sink was clogged right before we were scheduled to go on vacation. We dealt with their on call plumber since it was 8:30 p.m. He took care of the problem quickly and we were so thankful.

Wow, I called them this morning asking for my plumbing situation. The lady who answered the phone can't answer my question. So, she asked her plumbers, called me back with the answers from her plumbers, and told me not to be worried about my plumbing situation. This is really professional and ethical! Even I have not used their service, in view of this experience, I definitely would give them 5 stars!

Thank you so much for your fast professional approach to our plumbing situation. We had a pipe that had broken on the exterior of our apt units and I was stressing out about the cost of how this was ever going to get fixed. I was so completely amazed at what a fantastic and efficient job Jeff did come to find out he knew my youngest son lol. Greg was also most helpful in guiding me through the phone on options and Judy was fantastic . Great customer service and no run around . We are going to use them for getting the whole unit done in the near future. Thank you guys at Sierra Pacific you guys are awesome. If you need any plumbing work done call hear first don't bother with the others they are reasonable and know what they are doing.

I don't recommend them if you have a busy schedule or helping out a family member trying to find a plumber . Judie the owner is ARROGENT UNPROFESSIONAL and extremely RUDE. I've lived in alhambra most of my life and no wonder I've never heard of them.

I had Sierra Pacific replace my main water line. Greg was right on time and they did a nice clean job. In addition to the main line they also replaced the sprinkler manifold and reinstalled all of the sprinkler valves.
